지하철역, 기차역이 가까워서 교통이 편리합니다. 조식이 무료로 제공되는데 꼭 필요한 메뉴 중심으로 간단하게 차려있습니다. 공간이 좁게 느껴질 수도 있지만 청결하고 효율적입니다. 가성비 좋은 호텔입니다. 매우 추천할만 합니다.

Not a great sleep.
Unfortunately the radiators would not turn off. It was extremely hot in the room. Struggles to sleep. Opened the windows but lots of road traffic noise. (Not fault of the hotel) just on a busy road. Paint coming off and shower was full of lime scale. Mattess was comfortable and the lady on the desk was very polite and friendly.

Good value for London. Easy check in. Basic but clean. Didn't try breakfast but it was included. Could have slept 3 in my room. Decent shower. Good towels.

From the moment we walked in to reception we were greeted with a warm welcome and friendliness, we were early but was checked iand given our keys. We went in to the city and returned late the 3rd bed was not made up but that was very quickly sorted by a very nice night receptionist who couldn’t be more helpful, he organised complimentary drinks at the bar to apologise for the inconvenience and that was very much appreciated. The team carried on with this level of service in to the next couple of days, even signing in to the private Netflix account in the bar for the evening viewing . The rooms have everything you need for a pleasant stay, clean and free of damage, the hotel is quiet and relaxing…this is a little gem, Hamstead Heath just up the hill is just perfect for a run and with a well supported Parkrun on Saturday, I couldn’t be happier. The team at this hotel deserve recognition for their hard work, and we will definitely be back.

Perfect for a one night stay in a convenient location. Friendly welcome from the person on reception, room had everything I needed and there was a good breakfast included. I would definitely stay again

Good economy hotel. Not in the best neighborhood. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Room small for 3 adults. Very deep bath tub which may be difficult for some.

The hotel lacked an iron and ironing board in the room, and no mini fridge, microwave or bedside clock. Otherwise, comfortable bed, nice but small bathroom, Adequate breakfast except for awful bread.

Fine, but don't count on a hot breakfast.
A good stay. The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. We arrived much earlier than the 2pm check-in time, but he got a room ready for us and offered free refreshment while we waited. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The only disappointment was that the "hot" breakfast items were tepid, and I abandoned my attempt to eat them.

Rather tired
Friendly staff, reasonable breakfast, but room very small and extremely hot and we could not sleep with window open because of noise levels outside and there was no air-conditioning. Bathroom very tired in need of refurbishment. Also, we were given a horrid foam duvet that was for winter and there was no option other than just using the duvet cover.

This was one of the best value hotels I've stayed in, especially for London. Although the room was small with the EXTRA bed (family room) everything was enjoyable Free parking nothing was a problem for the staff

The staff was very good at this hotel - the front desk folks at day and night shifts and the breakfast staff. Breakfast was good. Near public transit (underground and bus) and food places.

Not worth the money
I couldn't believe that the room had no air conditioning. For 250 Pounds per night you would expect air conditioning. This needs to be made clear in the description that the rooms do not have air conditioning and in June that's a problem. Also, the TV channel offering is very limited. All in all this should have been about a 100 Pound room rate.

This hotel is perfectly situated for concert goers. The area has plenty of eateries and is in walking distance to Hampstead's best attractions. The hotel itself is basic but spotless and the breakfast is very decent! The staff, especially the guy on reception, were very friendly and helpful with local travel knowledge etc. Would definately return.

Great stay!
Great stay, comfortable, fan available in the room which was great with the warm weather (would be lovely to have air-conditioning) - room felt cool. Good location, parking available (although limited)
