We stayed at the hotel for 9 days at the end of November. The hotel staff is really very kind and they deserve all the praise. They are always smiling and ready to make you enjoy your stay. ​The food is very tasty and the offer is varied. We were very satisfied with the food. There is something to eat and drink throughout the day. The room was cleaned every day but not very thoroughly and I don't think they change the sheets very often. So it would be good if they can improve that service. When it got cold outside, the heating did not work in the hotel bar and lobby for several days and it was very cold. After when they turned on the heating, it was warm and cozy. The rum was always warm. The courtyard of the hotel is large with many palm trees and a huge pool so it was pleasant to walk around. The beach is very close, approximately 3 minutes' walk from the hotel, but not so big. The playroom for children does not offer much entertainment. They say it's because of the winter concept because they don't have many children as guests now. But the girl working there is very nice. There weren't many guests so it wasn't crowded anywhere and we really enjoyed our vacation. I absolutely recommend this hotel. ​

Die Unterkunft hat uns insgesamt gut gefallen, das Einzige ist halt allg. bei vielen Hotels, dass die Zimmer sehr hellhörig sind. Auch haben die Zimmer alle eine sehr laute Klingel. Wir hatten 2 Familien als Nachbarn die sich immer früh morgens abgeholt hatten und um 7.00 Uhr geklingelt haben. Man hört es als würde jemand bei dir klingeln. Wir mussten den Nachbarn eine Notiz hinterlassen so früh morgens nicht mehr zu klingeln. Leider hat uns auch der Abschied (Checkout) so sehr enttäuscht. Wir hatten am 28.10.2023 um 5.40 Uhr unser Checkout und es war ein Mann an der Rezeption der uns nicht mal begrüsst hat er hat nur die Karten entgegen genommen und Danke gesagt. Kein „ich hoffe ihr Aufenthalt hat euch gefallen“ gar nichts. Sehr enttäuschend. Sonst hatten wir eigentlich immer sehr nettes Personal. Auch hatte ich am Tag der Unterkunft das nicht stören Zeichen gesetzt damit ich etwas schlaf bekommen kann, leider hat das Telefon dann meinen Schlaf so gestört da es Minuten lang geklingelt hat. Man muss das nicht stören Zeichen auch für das Telefon einführen.

Das Hotel hat ein gutes Gesamtbild Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Essen ist sehr vielseitig und man hat eine grosse Auswahl. Das Personal ist am morgen jeweils sehr überfordert um einen Tisch frei zu räumen. Da gibt es Mitarbeiter die einfach zuschauen anstatt zu helfen. Der Kellner hat mir leid getan Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und die Getränke wurden jeden Tag neu aufgefüllt. Auffüllservice sehr Sympathisch :) Das einzige Manco am Zimmer war, dass das Zimmer Hellhörig ist. Wir haben unsere Nachbaren bis um 2/3 Uhr morgen noch gehört wie Sie auf dem Zimmer feiern.

It is a nice hotel, with management issues. Staff, even at the reception are not able to speak English/German to solve simple problems and this resulted in a big confusion during our stay. Also at the check in, we were given no information about the programs available for the guests or kids, available restaurants or the location of Gym. And this is a huge issue, considering the size of the hotel and lack of a map/or a written program. The food is not exceptional. Some staff at the restaurant (not all) are really unhelpful and in general the hotel management needs a proper adjustment. However, in general a clean, large hotel with a lot of activities ( which you need to find out about them by yourself).

Well appointed property with friendly staff . Diverse food for all tastes and preferences. Will return for sure. We had a very good vacation. The down side was the multitude of kids in all areas of the hotel. Maybe a larger area for adult dinner and entertainment will make it perfect

Beyond my expectations
I went there in late August for a family vacation. It's a beautiful resort and very friendly staff. The food at the all inclusive restaurant was beyond my expectations. Many choices to enjoy for breakfast, lunch and dinner and snack in between. The pools are really great. Also the nightly performances at the amphitheater were really amazing.

Amazing family friendly hotel. Great selection of buffet daily at the main restaurant and children’s food area, also bars and fast food available around the pool areas. Small beach area but more then enough sun beds available everywhere. Good size rooms with balcony’s, we had a sea view which also allowed us to watch the nightly entertainment shows.

4 day stay with kids
Excellent hotel. Highly recommended for families with children. Room was good size, modern and with a balcony view over the pool area. Bathroom was very clean. Staff provided cot free of charge and are generally very helpful. Food is available at the resort all day and night with a good variety of food. There is one main restaurant which does breakfast, lunch and dinner. A few other restaurants are open certain hours only but well worth a visit. There is also a cake/ ice cream restaurant in the evening. Drinks available all day and night. Some additional restaurants are fee paying but relatively cheap. Kids will be very entertained. Water park is excellent with a large variety of rides. Also theme park rides for kids to enjoy. There is also another kids play area. Inside the hotel there is a gaming zone for kids. The hotel has lots of different pools and big enough so you don’t feel over crowded. Private beach also. The hotel is very clean and I cannot think of any faults.

Апрель 2019. Конец апреля. В Турции +26,+28. Кондей на холод не работает. Мучаемся с открытыми окнами. На ресепшен обещали через несколько дней переключить кондеи с тепла на охлаждение. Обещаного три года ждут. С первого мая кондей включили, НО...по часам. Блин, как раньше горячую воду на юге. Только ВНИМАНИЕ, никто не предупреди,что включают по часам. Узнали случайно-в 16 часов ,вообщем... Анимация никакая. Но 28 апреля подготовка звука в отельном амфитеатре велась знатная: орала музыка и голос проверяющего два дня. Особенно порадовал ночной ( ровно в 1час ночи) призыв на весь отель проверить звук. ЗдОрово. Потом долго не могли заснуть. Ребята, если сегодня шоу будет так себе, то вы ... Для тех,кто рассчитывает,что можно купаться. Бассейн холоднющий. Окунуться,конечно,можно,но ..Море, понятно, тоже холодное. Т е только загорать. Плитка грязная и скользкая. Но вот если со вторым пораментом ничего не поделаешь, то вымыть, вычистить всегда можно... Но с этим проблемы. Халатов нет. Уборка так себе, любящим чистоту не понравится. До нас доходила уборка только в 14 часам. Слышимость в номерах суперская. Соседи попались шумные, но это как повезет. В номере есть " прелестный" шкаф: его подсветка включается самостоятельно, как ей вздумается. Особенно раздражает его " работа" ночью. Мы жили в номере 1209( 2 этаж). Трое взррслых. Удобно,что все на полноценных кроватях, а не на раскладных диванчиках. Но вентиляция в туалете не работает и потолок течет...

Tolles Hotel in Strandnähe
Tolles Hotel in Strandnähe mit viiiiiiiel Extras, vor allem für die Kinder (Rutschen, Lunapark, Aquapark, breiter Sandstrand)... Wir sind begeistert und würden auch jedem empfehlen, vom Essen über die Pools, bis zu Strand... alles super, wirklich. Das einzige was mich gestört hat sind die Show‘s am Abend, die zu laut waren obwohl man die Balkontür zu hatte... für kleine Kinder halt nicht das ideale... Sonst, alles super! Great location, beach, amusement park, and food are great. Annoying that the “no reserving of pool chairs prior to 0900” isn’t enforced as inconsiderate guests leave towels on chairs while being nowhere near the pool for hours. Beach chairs were much more plentiful.

Good hotel - A true 5 star
Great hotel, and super service. I was travelling alone and the personel always tried to include me in many activities. The facilities are fantastic and the food it the restaurant delicious.

Excellent hotel with a great location.
Had a wonderful stay with family at the Royal Wings in August. The staff were very nice and enthusiastic and the evening shows were good. The buffet was great and there was always something for everyone. We particularly enjoyed the fresh Turkish stuffed bread prepared by smiling Turkish ladies. The waiters were very nice and polite. The rooms and the pool were both very clean and nice. We had a lovely time doing parasailing, boat trips and going to the spa. Overall a great stay.

Very Nice hotel but be aware! Tip!
Royal wings is very Nice! But please make sure you reserve the date before hand Because we had problems with checkin in which caused a lot of trouble and wasted time. The Booking proces takes time to confirm it with the hotel system. Besides be very carefull and aware with kids Because there isnt any supervision or lifeguard which makes the easy acces to the pool and luna park very dangerous for kids. Our 2 year old burned part of het body, her feet and hands on a hot Floor at the kids playground it was a really painfull and dissapointing experience. Even tough we looked After her , nobody knew (cause there were no signs) that this Floor would be burning hot!! Its really dangerous , we got to 1st aid with ambulance and paid about 550euros. But if you have insurrance Its better to call your insurance So that they can arrange the payment with them Because Its a big amount to pay in cash directly

We traveled to Turkey mid March. We had booked this hotel but on arrival found out that the hotel was closed! They sent us to Royal Holiday Palace instead. So this review is for that hotel: It is a great hotel, all inclusive. Food was wonderful and a lot of variety and excellent quality. Hotel staff were welcoming and friendly. Entertainment specially after dinner was great and staff does a great job. Hotel has great amenities (water park, tennis court, small amusement park, etc) for free. It also has a spa and prices are good. Our room was clean, big and had a sea view. There are some shops and small malls within walking distance. Antalya city is about 20 minutes away by taxi or hotel shuttle. Airport is about 20 minutes away and around 50 Liras. Overall great holiday and a great place to stay.

Excellent overall in every way no complaints
Magnificent hotel main strengths are excellent friendly staff from the moment you check in, excellent facilities. I'm not usually the type of person to write reviews but this is well deserved

Difficult time at check in as our total number had changed by -1. Hotel excellent. Planning to go back in 18 months. Would recommend this hotel.
