Frat house for 10 year olds. Felt like I was in the movie Lord of the Flies. I think some of the guests and staff forgot that they were at a hotel and not a playground. Whole new meaning to “kid-friendly” hotel. Where you can play hockey in the hallways and parkour from the stairwells and 2nd floor balconies.

The property has had a decent makeover the last few years, but where we were still felt a bit run down. Excessive noise from rooms below us, smelled of cigarette smoke. Hallway smelled of vape and pot smoke. I was honestly a bit disappointed from stays years ago. The location is great, breakfast great and they offer long term parking. It does for a quick in and out stop.

I was surprised how quiet the hotel was despite there being a pool in the middle court. After quiet hours everything was silent. The room was quite hot and the fan to run the air was rather loud.

We loved the facilities: the pool, breakfast and staff were great! My husband took advantage of the gym and enjoyed that. Our room was fine, nice and clean. Our room was on the main floor so didn't have a nice view looking at a vacant lot across the parking lot. The shower had an odd setup with the opening not having a door so water would spray out a bit on the floor. I'm a light sleeper so did not sleep well I swore I heard someone snoring next door. Next time I think I would ask for a room not right next to someone as the hotel did not seem that busy when we were there. Otherwise we did enjoy our stay. We enjoyed Montana's for a late dinner and had a nice breakfast which was included with the price of the room. The staff were with really helpful and friendly.

Lots of water stains and damage in the ceilings, the main pool isn't heated and was very cold. Hard to keep our 1 year old in there when his lips would turn blue. No lock on the rooms bathroom doors and the barn style doors dont even fully close. Overall for the condition of the hotel it is to expensive at $170 a night and should be more comparable to $99 a night.

Room was very noisy all night. Could hear all hallway conversations, happenings in the neighbouring room doors, doors opening and closing and all of the fun happening at the pool…which did not close at 10pm. The room was also very hot, 24.5 degrees, and the a/c was too loud to run while trying to sleep. We packed up early and checked out after the first night of a two night booking.

Hotel it self was wonderful! Great little renovated location that is very clean and staff was great. Only downfall was the service at the breakfast was not good, not sure if this was the hotel or restaurant at fault.

Front desk staff are always helpful and friendly, it's always an easy check in and out. Two restaurants on the property, shuttle service on the half hour. Pet friendly rooms available for a simple cleaning fee. Can't go wrong with this place!

Great option for staying at before flying out of Edmonton Airport. There is parking, shuttle service and dining options at the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful will stay again.

The smoke detector started going off at 4am. Told front desk upon check out and she shrugged it off. I work at a hotel and if that were mine, we would have discounted their stay or at least apologized. Other than that it was good

Overall the hotel was great and would stay again. The rooms were clean and comfy. The rooms facing the pool are nice but it’s loud until 10pm when the pool closed. The waterslide and hot tub were great. The main pool was cold, not freezing but enough that everyone commented on how cold it was. Areas of the hotel were in need of repair or being repaired. Montanas was great to have on site. Noticed the fire ladder outside was down with caution tape around the latch area. Ladder should be up.
