Very nice three-day stay. Staff very friendly, room was perfect and the scenery is terrific. Breakfast options were fine.

This place is an absolute gem. I found it by chance while driving through Tucson and I decided to stay 2 nights instead of 1. So much to do: horse riding, shooting, hiking, crafts, games, petting zoo, great food and amazing, friendly staff. A

It was isolated -- it was quiet ( could hear the coyotes crying at night.) We didnt do any of the activities -- we wanted to chill -- and we did. Sat at the serve yourself bar -played guitar- walked the grounds -- it was what I was hoping for --

This is a very unique property. It is a family-owned ranch in a beautiful setting that offers numerous amenities such as horseback riding, hayrides, delicious food, beautiful western-theme rooms, a pool & hot tub, spa services, and a lot more. I highly recommend this property.

The room we stayed in was right up against a horse corral, so there were a constant stream of horses right up against the fence for my son to feed treats to. :) The front office has a bucket of treats that you can use for feeding them. The petting zoo and recreation room were also nice features that you wouldn't get with a resort.

It blew my expectations out of the water!! We should have stayed longer. Hard to describe the peace you feel. Loved the architecture, lovely gardens, artistic touches, super-accommodating and hospitable host family, gorgeous desert mountain backdrop, and so many fun activities we were sad not to have more time to try them all. Lots of people riding. We did archery. And the pictures don’t do the pool or grounds justice. Night swimming under the stars is heavenly. The food was outstanding. The bar was fun with saddles to sit on. Kids welcome and provided for all over the ranch from feeding horses and petting zoo to games and movies. Never made it to the spa and fitness center because we were outdoors. Artist sold southwestern watercolors. You actually get a property tour on arrival, there is so much. And free refreshments all day. Very genuinely warm staff that seem to love the place as much as guests. I thought the price was beyond excellent for all you get. We will come back!!

It was an excellent experience. What i did not like was that expedia failed to inform me that there was no riding on Sunday and since only stayed there on Saturday and sunday this cut off 1/2 of our opportunities to ride.

The White Stallion Ranch deserves all the five-star reviews that it has received. Rooms are stylish, modern, and comfortable. Meals are well-prepared and efficiently served. The nightly live entertainment is varied and thoroughly enjoyable. Staff are friendly and professional. Even if you skip the trail rides and shooting lessons offered, and do nothing more than feed treats to the horses and enjoy the silence of the desert, the Ranch is less than 20 miles and 100 years away from Tucson's hassles.

Absolutely wonderful!
Absolutely excellent place to stay! Everything was perfect! The meals were delicious, the room was spacious and so clean, horseback riding was a blast, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. There was so much to do! Wonderful place to stay!

Lots to do activity wise at WSR! Breakfast is decent also. Blankets in room were super dusty but the biggest gripe is the Staff is rude. While checking out they asked if I paid and I said yes I paid online. They said "sure you did" in a serious tone. I said "I did". They again replied with "sure you did" implying I didn't pay. I offered to show them a receipt. Both women up front looked at me like I was a liar. Even if I didn't pay don't you collect a card up front when booking anyways for incidentals? I don't want to pull the race card but that could be a reason.

Great Overrnight Stay
My husband and I just needed a place to stay overnight, so took the B&B option. Everyone was so friendly, the property is clean, well planned out, our King Suite room was huge, comfortable, clean and well decorated. Breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed the mountain views eating outside. We didn't have time for any activities, but we will be back to go horseback riding!

This was an excellent place for a family to stay! I wish I had realized all of the fun things available to do when I booked, I would have stayed longer! Make sure you prepare in advance if you want to eat dinner with them the night you arrive, otherwise it’s not a restaurant and you’ll need to leave and go to town.

This is truly a hidden gem. I absolutely loved our stay here. I look forward to planning our next trip to the ranch. I described this place to family as having Hilton accommodations with a "Welcome family, make yourself comfortable - Mi Casa Es Su Casa." Our kids loved all the activities the ranch had to offer along with the entertainment and the fun facts that we learned about the history of the family, the ranch, and the area. Overall a 15 our of 10 for us!!

I like the fact that there was no TV or phones in the room. There were lots of things to do there. It was so peaceful and relaxing in the mornings and evenings. The staff was great. Food was very good. The only bad thing was it had a dirt road to get to it , but it is a working dude ranch. Over all it was AWSOME!! I would do it again.

A wonderful. I loved the whole atmosphere and environment there. The staff was fantastic. The horses were all beautiful and obviously well cared for. One of the best vacations ever. I would highly recommend.

Excellent ranch get-a-way
Excellent weekend get-a-way on a secluded ranch! I would highly recommend staying here for the full experience: ranch-style, private casitas, open property with horse stables, beautiful pool area, western activities such as archery, etc. My girlfriend and I will definitely be back for another “unplug” from everyday life soon.

Texas trip
My daughter and I were on the home leg of a Texas business trip. When booking this location, I hadn’t realized it was also a Dude Ranch. What a pleasant surprise! The property is spotless and beautifully landscaped, there are horses, cows, and other animals to enjoy. I shot billiards near the bar and enjoyed a great swim in the pool. A great value and a total 10.

This is such an awesome place. The casitas are literally next to the corrals so the horses come right up - be sure to grab some treats in the office before heading out ! Easy going, wonderful staff. Gorgeous - absolutely gorgeous scenery

White Stallion Ranch is an experience of a lifetime. The grounds are impeccable and the staff & horses wonderful. Christopher was a gem! The only major drawback for me was the food. It was just OK. It’s preparation was not as advertised but cooked in the kitchen and then subsequently brought “out.” Unfortunately, there was no live cooking outside. Other than that, go and get you cowboy on! You won’t be disappointed.

Awesome place to stay!
White Stallion Ranch was a great place to stay. The room was well appointed, very clean, and very quiet. The grounds are very inviting, and the staff were extremely friendly and polite. The food was also delicious. My stay was last minute, and I had commitments during the day elsewhere, so I wasn’t able to schedule any of the activities (otherwise I would have ridden horses). I will definitely stay there again. It was a very relaxing place to go, and met some very nice people.

Great time!
This ranch was amazing! The staff was great. We took a afternoon horse ride - our guide was knowledgeable and shared many facts along the trail. Breakfast was cooked to order and the grilled salmon dinner was delicious. I would highly recommend this ranch and look forward to returning in the future!
