The Hotel amenities were excellent , well kept and maintained. Pool area clean , the staff was EXTREMELY courteous and friendly , MOOR restaurant was amazing. Easter buffet was very generous Will definitely come back. Kudos for whoever is training the staff

The property was beautiful. However, I was extremely upset one day at the pool. We stayed for 7 days, spent A LOT of money as everything was quite pricy. After a few days of being there, I knew the drill with the pool and reserved chair situation. I woke up early to ensure I got a good spot at the pool so I could watch my kids while they swam. I was so excited to find a set of chairs right where my kids normally swam. We set up shop, got in the pool, and all started enjoying the day together. Time went by and more and more people came and started swooping up all surrounding chairs as they normally do. Well, a employee comes up to me with a clip board while I’m in the pool with my kids and she has an arm full of “reserved” pool signs that they use to place on all the chairs. She asked me if I wanted to buy my chairs. I said no, they were a set with no reserved signs on them. She goes well they should have them on there. I’m like how was I supposed to know that? She gaslit me and continued to ask if I wanted to buy the chairs. I again said no and I pointed out there were now no more chairs nearby if I did move. She again, gaslit me, like spots aren’t a big deal even though that’s how they make thousands a day off people and pointed to a back row away from the pool. I just said fine and got out of the pool with my kids after spending thousands there and being treated like that I will not go back.

The bathroom was filthy, the toilet not clean at all, full of excrement literally!!, we change room, bathroom again full of hair and light not working, they were going to fix it, but never happened. Kids running and screaming in the hallways and dogs barking. At the breakfast Buffett, men shirtless and in beach shorts, kids were touching and grabbing the food with their hands, disgusting!! Room service, very little choices to choose from, food came in paper packages, plastic utensils in a paper bag. I ask to lend us 2 wine glasses and got 2 carton coffee cups. After all of that we decided to leave, and they didn’t even reimburse back the night we didn’t stay. Needless to say, we were not happy at all and would never go back

We had a great time & stay at the Palms! It was beautiful & the whole family really enjoyed. I do wish there was some sort of water fill stations in the hotel itself & not just at the pool.

This property has everything you need to enjoy a fun Florida vacation. Be prepared to pay resort prices on everything, but that's to be expected. Overall, was very impressed with the hotel and experience there.

All activites for the kids closed early. The food at the bar was way over priced and not good. The hottubs was so crowed we couldnt enjoy them, an alarm was sounding so loud at the pool you couldnt relax. Very disappointing for the money spent.

The property is beautiful and lush, however, there are several things that could have been better. The number one thing was the water Park wasn’t working the entire time we were there. The reason I booked the hotel and paid almost $500 per night was for that reason so my kids could enjoy that. We only had access to the pool and the lazy river ,we found on the final day of our stay. I was speaking to other families at the pool who complained about that as well. They seemed to have been renovating the area and there was a horrible smell from the materials they were using. Parking, there is plenty of parking, however, get ready to pay over $40 per night for parking, one my final bill at check out, I was charge resort fees again, even though I already paid at bookin.The gate was also broken for two days. The Room. The bed was clean and I sprayed Lysol to make sure. It was also comfortable for the most part with white sheets. What was disturbing was the bathroom, it wasn’t properly cleaned. There was mold in multiple areas. Also there were hairs that weren’t mine at the opening of the entrance to the shower. On the second day I had to beg the maid to come clean the bathroom and do the bed. The lady didn’t speak much English, but she was saying she needed to call down stairs to get permission to clean our room. That was strange. There was also a huge watermark stain in the ceiling in the bathroom. A nice thing we experienced was that they gave us an extra hour to check out.

It is an absolutely beautiful property. You have different options to do, specifically if the weather is not cooperating . Very relaxing atmosphere. Loved our stay.

Awesome place to stay with a great water park when it's open. We booked a stay here particularly because of the water park for our son. However, upon arrival we found out half the water park was closed for maintenance. We got no notification of this when booking and also no discount was given.
