Because it was low season, not all restaurants were open. They had specific serving hours. Almost no staff was around and the food menu was very limited.

The shower spray al over the bathroom, the smell in the room terrible. No one is cleaning the pool area ...found dirty sock ketchup bag wings bones and straw all around the pool. The delfin staff is amazing aswell asfood and drink. Bella Vista is super clean and staff friendly. There is lot to do to keep the resort in a better shape since the price of everything

The hotel was very safe and the pool and beach was amazing, the staff was supper friendly and very helpful

I booked two rooms and only got one when i got to the hotel, also they didn’t offer any solution until midnight when i obviously was already too late. The hotel staff said they would file a report and make a refund.

Habitaciones deterioradas y en mal estado, olor horrible y sucia, ducha mala se puso reclamo en recepción y solo dijeron le diremos al personal de mantenimiento.

Hyggeligt hotel med udfordringer i komforten
Telamar er et hyggeligt hotel, som ligger lige ved stranden. Personalet er høfligt og tilgængeligt, og gør en stor indsats for at få et ellers nedslidt hotel til at fungere godt. Vi fik på første dag tildelt to værelser i nederste etage. Desværre var begge værelser præget af en ubehagelig lugt af mug, og vi måtte bede om at få tildelt nye værelser. Det tog desværre et par timer, da personalet tilsyneladende ikke havde bemyndigelse til selv at foretage sådanne ændringer - selv på et tomt hotel uden for sæsonen. Først blev vi tilbudt en form for opfriskende spray med parfume, som om det skulle fjerne årsagen til lugten. Endelig fik vi tildelt to nye værelser på øverste etage, hvor luften var betydeligt renere, og lugten af mug var forsvundet. På anden dagen oplevede vi, at der faldt puds ned fra loftet i det ene værelse på grund af et defekt afløb fra airconditionen. Kondensvandet havde samlet sig og dryppede nu ned i værelset. Heldigvis blev vi hurtigt tildelt et nyt værelse uden yderligere besvær. Desværre var airconditionen i alle de værelser, vi opholdt os i, ekstremt støjende, nærmest som stående ved siden af en motorvej. Alternativet var dog at slukke for den og forsøge at sove i 25 graders varme. Samlet set er Telemar et nedslidt hotel, der dog holdes fungerende af et dedikeret personale. De er altid høflige og tilgængelige, og gør deres bedste for at imødekomme gæsternes behov.

The resort accomodated our change request to stay one day less than we had planned. However we did have to contact a few people and the process was complicated to get this done. Nevertheless the resort was empty and entertainment was ok given the circumstances. The food was good and the drinks were small. The rooms are confortable but the beds are dated. Overall this was a confortable stay.

We waited 30 minutes to be able to get into the room. Once the room was ready. It had a very strong smell to chemicals. We left the doors opened but the smell did not go away. The is beautiful and the slides as well. I think it needs a little more cleaning with vacuum as you can see very dark spot, specially close to the bar. Also, the pool urgently needs a layer of new materia, under the water it was very scratchy when is suppose to be smooth. The water sprinklers needs a water pressure as well, there is a a lot of molding growing in there. On the hood side, I felt very safe in this hotel. They is security in the perimeter. All the staff was very polite. We were able to leave our luggage in the hotel even before the 3 PM. The hotels is huge. You can walk around or have a run in the beach. The pool design was amazing. The water flow is continuous, the grading from the shallow to the deepest was very well done and I would feel very safe to let my kids swing around. That pool is huge.

Un resort que requiere un poco más de vida en sus actividades. Por ejemplo actividades de volibol en piscina. Camastros más cómodos en la playa. Sombrillas para los camastros en la piscina (solo tienen las mesas familiares). Mejor atención en la piscina, ya que uno tiene que ir al bar.

Los muebles desgastados y rotos. En la piscina no había ni musica ni show ni nada de lo que hacían antes. Todo el mobiliario se denota viejo y desgastado.
