The beds are very hard- like sleeping on the floor. Pillows were incredibly hard/firm. Sleeping on the floor with rocks as the pillow. Entire group of ten all made this comment. Staff is wonderful! Very clean

Al arribo al Checkin equivocaron los cuartos y le abrimos la puerta a otro huésped!... cambiaron el tipo de cuarto contratado (de king a doble) y nos mandaron a un tercer piso y no hay elevador, nosotros llegamos de la costa, así que era cansado subir; pero lo peor es que en el edificio al lado hay una discoteca que hace retumbar todo hasta las 3~4 de la mañana y no se puede dormir a gusto! La ubicación del hotel es muy buena frente a la Plaza principal, pero hubo un evento masivo en la plaza y no avisaron! el sonido a todo volumen estuvo ¡¡toda la noche!! literal y al terminar la música, a las 0700, empezaron unos eventos deportivos con el mismo sonido alto... una desgracia. Si su intención es venir a caminar los alrededores, comer rico y descansar en las noches, este hotel es mala opción, son las once de la mañana y el sonido no deja de sonar y la musica retumbar... por cierto, las llaves de los cuartos se desactivan antes del Checkout... hay mejores opciones por precio similar. At the Check-in they messed the room number and we opened the door to another guest! so they changed the book room type from single king to double and send us to the third floor. there is no elevator and we came from the coast so climbing stairs isn't easy. next to the hotel there is a night club with high volume music making things to tumble until 3~4 o'clock in the morning! and you cannot sleep well. To worsens all, in front of the hotel was a massive event with music all night! this a bad choice!

Isn’t worth it, the rooms are very small, beds and pillows are uncomfortable, you paid the same price as for ex: city express or one hotel and you don’t get 3 star amenities. No breakfast not even coffee, I think is overpriced despite being in downtown. The personnel is very nosy on the night, no privacy, no noise cancellation, you hear your neighbours and they hear you , the safe box didn’t work on my room

Falta aire acondicionado, si no les comentas que traes desayuno incluido(que nada más es café y pan con mermelada según me dijeron) no te lo dan y las bebidas gratis me las mencionaron eran 2 refrescos que preferí no tomar

Beautiful old world hotel. Clean a very well maitained. Locatio is awesome except for the disco next door the thilumped till 3:30am monday -sat. Other wise would be a 10 out 10

Hotel Ciudad Real could be better!
Location is really good! Restaurant excellent, the waiters were smiling and very helpful! The only inconvenience is that the water in the shower is not hot enough and the water pressure is very low!!

Muy bonito lugar, seguro, tranquilo, excelente ubicación. Estuvimos en el tercer piso y fue complicado después de caminar todo el día, pero llegar a la habitación vale la pena.
