Thank you for your review, however I am not sure who wrote it as for this reservation we had three women stay. Maybe use someone else's account or just hide behind a fake name, not nice when critice a place.The properties are exposed with real names and real people so reviews as yours should be supported with real namesThen the reservation was and stayed in a two bedroom private pool villa. The One Bedroom private pool villas are meant for two adults. What is your point?It is clearly stated at check in, and proved by many reviews and information available online, that we provide a free shuttle to the village (5 minutes drive) and the beach (10 minutes drive) from 9am to 10 pm. Could please send a private message with the information about the staff asking for a surcharge. So can investigate the case.The Resort is in Kamala, 60 mt above sea level, not really a mountain and the road up to the resort is 5 mt wide and in the shadow. Steep but not an impossible challenge. Especially for a young person.The breakfast is served at the villas, well appreciated by most of our guests, and at the bottom of the menu is clearly stated "like something Extra or different, please let us know". May be one night in negative mood wasn't enough to notice itDuring covid the resort went under a heavy renovation that included all pools. After your review we checked it again, empty the pool and couldn't find a problem. But we trusted you and checked it.Last point, sorry for the long reply, i suggest next time you walk in a place, see if you like and book it. Nowadays the internet allows you to gather all information beforehand, and not only from the property, but specifically from the Guest (reviews, IG, Google Maps and so on).
