Regarding the hot water, our team promptly investigated after being informed and found that while the temperature might have varied slightly from the sink, our maintenance team confirmed the boiler system was functioning and we had no other complaints regarding the water from other guests. We also offered to relocate you to another room, but we understand your decision to depart. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused by noise disturbances. Our pool area remains open until midnight on weekends and although the pool area may have been loud, it was well before closing time. Because of this experience, we are discussing instituting an earlier hotel wide quiet time. We regret that your stay fell short of your expectations and apologize for any disappointment caused.
