I arrived at the Pod hotel on Oct 27th around 5am, met staff member at the desk on 3rd floor but he was very unfriendly. He said I have to wait until 3pm to check in. "You can leave your luggage somewhere over there (pointing at one of the automatic check-in kiosk machines) and take a shower." I felt so insecure.Most hotels keep customers' luggages "INSIDE" the front desk or they have special storage to put customers' luggages. I couldn't put my luggage in front of those kiosk machines but I was very tired to start argument with him, so I had to go out find somewhere else to stay. I finally did check-in on Oct 30th.Facilities were okayish but then on the day I checked out, nightmare happened again. I left my small suitcase and left my shoulder bag on top of the suitcase. I got the number tag but again the staff member was just putting my luggage somewhere invisible from frontdesk. And then instead of saying "We'll take care of your luggage." what he said was "You need to bring back your towel."......???? seriously. To make matters worse, at that time elevator was under maintenance.I had to walk up the stairs again to the fifth floor to bring back my towel. If only he told me that I need to bring back my towel from the beginning.oh, and I lost my pouch (worth $60 in total) which was inside my shoulder bag I put on top ofmy small suitcase. One day I tried to use one of the laptops they have, Internet was not working. NEVER stay here if you want to keep all your belongings safe.
