한밤중에 알람
새벽 1시에 객실 내 알람이 울렸는데 프런트 측에서 아무런 안내도 하지 않고 사람들은 짐들고 다 뛰어 나오고 경찰차 달려오고 완전 무서웠어요.. 다음날 아침에 체크 아웃할 때 먼저 물어봐서야 어찌된 일인지 설명해주었음...

Hotel staff are not friendly, they just don't care about the guests. Especially young staff looked RBF syndrome. Breakfast buffet is inconvenient and uses all plastics and no recycling. I felt somewhat guilty whenever I have breakfast. Guest laundry fee is very expensive. It was twice when I use guest laundry service in Sheraton Hotel.

The hotel was very conveniently located and had many amenities. The staff was professional and friendly. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. The fridge had crumbs inside. There was food and garbage left under the sofa bed. Generally, the room didn't seem to be cleaned very thoroughly.

More than what I expected. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The place was clean and neat. Place was convenient, it was close to everything such as restaurants, stores, and gas station. Plenty of parking. We are definitely going back there again. We highly recommend this place.

This hotel is really lovely. The exterior is pretty and the lobby is even nicer than the expedia photos. The staff very very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. I am travelling with my 15 year old son and the pool is nice after a long day on the road. I will definitely stay here again. (Also, have dinner at The Diver Bar and Grill. It’s super funky and the food is tremendous!!)

Your beds were absolutely uncomfortable but I have not stayed in a motel in this country that was otherwise. For some reason most motels think their guests like to sleep on a cement slab, however since I have constant lower back pain a softer bed feels better. Just seems to be the norm and it's unfortunate for us folks with back pain. That is my only complaint.

The hotel was comfortable. We had a good night's sleep. The breakfast was good and many choices. Our kids enjoyed having the pool, but we felt the indoor pool area was very dark, humid and that there may have been too much chlorine in the water, as our eyes got irritated fast, even with goggles. We hung out for breakfast and noticed that the maids were running vaccuums in the area which made it hard to talk (we couldn't hear each other) and just a lot of noise. It's great they're cleaning but we'd have preferred that was limited outside of the breakfast hours.

Rainy weekend
The stay was excellent!! Check in was seamless, the hotel was well maintained inside and out, and we felt safe. Amenities such as the free breakfast and the indoor pool, enhanced our stay! I was amazed with the 1 minute pancake maker. This will be our place of choice whenever we visit Eureka!!

Overall the hotel is in good shape and has a well balanced breakfast that includes eggs, sausage, pancakes, etc. However, the bathroom to the hotel room had a humid smell to it and believe it was the curtain that could be replaced. In addition and the floors were not very clean I wiped down the floor where some water spilled and the hand towel was dirty. Other than that my family enjoyed the stay.
