This is terrible spam that Expedia should not alowed to be posted. Here at the Baymont we do take a great pride to make our guests feel like at home. I hope this issue will be resolved.

The only thing I had a problem with was that I was staying for two nights. The first night I slept in the next morning, went and got lunch and then went back to my room and my key cards did not work. I had to go down to the reception and have them scan my cards again so they worked to get into my room for the second night.

My room wasn’t ready at check in and I was charged at the time of booking. The desk agent gave me attitude when I seemed perturbed about it. My morning shower was lukewarm with very little water pressure. The housekeeping attendant was their saving grace from a lower rating.

The tv in the room did not work and was constantly fuzzy for lack of a word. Other than that, everything was great.

The room I stayed in you could hear every loud car/emergency vehicle that went by. Not just a little but a lot. The room itself was spacious and clean but the pillows were too soft and lumpy.

We had such an amazing time at the baymont if I was to go to Erie again Baymont would be my first choice for lodging

We stayed here for 2 nights during the 2024 eclipse and the entire hotel was full. However, the actual hotel was quiet (although you could hear road noise: bring a white noise maker if you are used to sleeping with one). Rooms were clean, morning breakfast was typical continental breakfast but cold things were cold and hot things were hot and there was plenty of it. Staff was very good, helpful and always available. Why not 5 stars? You could definitely see wear and tear throughout the hotel, if your room is near the elevator, you can hear it every time it opens. We also had issue with another guest smoking somewhere on our floor (the hotel is non-smoking). The staff did try to address this by using smoke eaters to remove the odor, but the issue was persistent throughout the 2nd evening and did make the stay more unpleasant.

Here for the eclipse. The hotel gave us an adorable goodie bag with a moon pie and sun chips. So cute. No waiting at check in. Very pleasantly surprised

There was a loud fight outside the room. It went on for too long. The location is convenient and the desk clerk was cheerful and offered her help if I needed anything.

We loved the tall ceilings in our room. Our room was very spacious. We were on the first floor so I figured the road noise nearby was possibly more noticeable then if our room was on a higher floor. Everyone was very friendly and nice at the property.

All staff were very friendly and helpful. Lorenda from the breakfast area was the best of them all. She went out of her way to make sure my wife & I had everything we needed. She definitely exceeded the exceptions we had while enjoying a tasty meal.
