There is nobody to complain and to solve problems. It is very run down and smelly. But the worst, the Internet is not working at all.

I was doughted as a patient of Coroma virus by a receptionist, though I have never been to the outbreak country. The receptionist spoke to me aggressively which offensed me very much. Nobody comes to your room to change a towel. You can not wipe your body at second night. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayd.

Felt extremely uncomfortable with the room I was allotted and the lack of security provided at the place. There are several issues that could be improved, starting with proper locks for every room and security at the reception

It’s old and tired, very much like a hostel. I think you know what you’re getting with it, definitely not a luxury stay. One thing I can say is that it was very clean.

ホテルに記載されているlate check in である23時より前に到着するもレセプションには誰もおらず、連絡先に電話しても30分以上通じなかった。電話先からは「連絡を取ろうとした」との事だったが、メール、電話にもその様なメッセージはなかった。部屋は少し湿気がある程度だったが、鍵がかからなかったため、外出時にはスーツケースの事が頭から離れず、市内を楽しみきれなかったのが残念。

the room was clean, but they gave me 2 towels, one of them being dirty (lipstick i guess). i arrived friday just before 9pm, so 2 hours before 11pm, and was no one at the reception, one tenant helped to get the keys and showed me how to get into the building and into my room. poor toilet and bathroom facilities

Cheap and does what it says
Clean white sheets, shared bathrooms, a little like YMCA. Good for us as only needed place to crash after a gig. Easy walk from Limestreet and O2 academy.

Had a great time, did a city break over the weekend basic accommodation however this was all we needed as we only used it for getting ready for a night out and sleeping. There was no curfew and there were good security measures only people with keys to the room could access the building. Shared bathrooms were clean and functioning. Bedrooms were also clean and beds very comfy.

dirty and run down
do not book here. dirty shared bathroom. no pillowcases. very outdated. a bit of a walk from everything and the locals described it as a hostel.... a hostel would be cleaner and more comfortable.

We were made welcome and shown to the room. Room was comfy and as we were staying there to attend the football it was adequate for our needs. Really helpful in giving us directions to the town centre and given the option of a taxi if needed. Beds clean and comfy. Enjoyed the stay and would stay again.

Unpleasant
The room was unpleasant and window low and small. I was put in a room for long term residents. The towel was old and had a stain. Showers didn’t work on my floor and had to go searching. Hard to find. Uncomfortable bed and bedding made for a sweaty bad sleep. Strong vinegar like smell in apartment and room. No tea and coffee facilities. Fantastic wifi and quiet. Good amount of furniture and room size.

Royal chambers hotel
I wouldn’t have minded the accommodation, however I definitely feel I’ve been ripped off being charged £72 for a room that just fits a bed in and has a shared bathroom.

Bien situado pero nada confortable ni agradable
No había ascensor. Las habitaciones pequeñas y feas. El baño estaba limpio pero había que compartirlo. Demasiado caro para ser un hotel tan malo.

More private alternative to a hostel.
Friendly staff. Has a college dorm room vibe. Best suited for those who are looking for nothing more than a clean place to lay your head at night. Shared bathroom but for the privacy aspect it's better than a hostel. For the social aspect it's not as good as a hostel.

Sleep interrupted by noise even in a private room
i stayed in a private room (with shared bathroom) which was basic but adequately-equipped. Unfortunately I was woken up each time somebody else on the corridor went in or out of their room due to the very loud fire doors. On the positive side, the greeting at reception was friendly, the location was good for my needs and there were plenty of options to grab a cheap breakfast in the morning.

Highly inconvenient
After informing the hotel of my arrival, and after arriving from a long trip tired, I had no access to the hotel. I had to wait ten minutes to be let in. I then had to wait half an hour for manager to arrive, and then be registered. Despite the room not having air conditioner, it was hot and humid, and there was no Air fan either.

駅から徒歩15分。寝るだけなら良いのかも！
チェックインの際に入り口のドアが開いておらず、張り紙にあった電話番号にかけても繋がらず。強めにノックするとやっと開けてくれました。 連泊したのですが、外出から戻るとドアの開け方が分からず再び電話してみると今度は繋がり、3階（2nd floor）に滞在の方（おそらく大家さん？）が対応してくれました。 3階に泊まったのですが、リフト（エレベーター）はなく、重いスーツケースを運ぶのは一苦労でしたがフロントの女性が手伝ってくれました。 3階には共用のキッチン1つ、バスルームおよびトイレが2つありました。キッチンには冷蔵庫やオーブン、コンロが2つありました。テーブルやソファもありゆったり食事ができるスペースでした。オーブンだけ利用しましたが問題なく使えました。 バスルームには浴槽がありました。シャワーの切り替え方が分からず使えませんでした。お湯は出ました。長期滞在の方がいるのか、物干しハンガーも置いてありました。 部屋にはハンガー付きのクローゼット、無料のボトルウォーター、ポット、コーヒー、紅茶、枕元のランプ、手洗い程度の小さい洗面台がありました。無料のWiFiはたまに接続が不安定でしたが、おおむね使えました。 なんとなく薄暗く、清潔感はあまり感じられませんでした。綺麗好きな人には厳しいかもしれません。 Liverpool Lime Street Stationまで徒歩15分。スーパーまで徒歩5分ほどでした。

The room was clean, cheep, and close to the City Centre. The Staff were helpful and friendly. A bit tricky to find the entrance though, just a single door between a pub and a shop, with a small sign on the buzzer

Lovely Receptionist and Location
Reception lady was very welcoming and lovely. The Wifi was poor quality. The heating in the room was not hot enough. I did not know I was booking into hostel type accommodation as this wasn't clear on any website. I would have preferred to book somewhere with my own bathroom and a to in the room.o

Too expensive for damp and a shared bathroom
Checked in. The woman that ran the place was really rude and confrontational. I paid £80 for one night. I would normally check into somewhere like Travelodge, but this was the only place I could get as everything else was snapped up for the weekend. The bathrooms were shared, which I did not like. The shower area was black with mould around the edges. My room was right across from the bathroom, so every time someone went to the toilet, I heard the bathroom door opening and closing from my room. My room had mould in the corner, which had been painted over. There was condensation on the windows. I spent all morning coughing because of the damp as it affects my chest. The walls were really thin, so I heard my neighbours return at 2am with no attempts to be quiet. I did not get a good sleep. This place was only one step up from a hostel in that I did not have to share a room with anyone. The rooms themselves were quite dirty, a lot of dead insects in the light, marks on the walls etc.

Very clean.
It was alright just that it get cold at night and the heater/radiator is not on, it was very clean and comfortable, I enjoyed the free wi-Fi connection.
