Outstanding service!
We are really happy with our stay. Generally; Walking distance everywhere, relaxing atmosphere, nice room and good hygine standards. To add; the breakfeast lounge, in the 5th floor, is the perfect place for the morning coffee. The reason for this beeing a 10/10 hotel, is no doubt the service of the staff. They helped us with whatever we needed and was always eager to interact with us.

Had a excellent stay in the hotel, the staff and maneger was all very service minded and helpful. The noice from the partying teenagers outside wasn't a big deal. A very pleasant visit and I would return to the same hotel again.

Quattro stelle meriterebbero qualcosa di più in fatto di colazione, ma nel complesso è una struttura ben tenuta, con camera spaziosa, terrazzo attrezzato, bagno con phon e cambio d i asciugamani. Un bollitore elettrico, un televisore al plasma, un frigorifero, aria condizionata completano la dotazione della camera. Ottimo il wifi presente in tutta la struttura. Personale sorridente e cordiale. L'hotel è all'imbocco di una delle aree pedonali più ricca di negozi e locali per mangiare e bere. La bella spiaggia è a 5 minuti a piedi.

Det var et fint hotell mitt i byen. Jeg var der bare en natt, men kunne lett vært der lengre. Hjelpsomme og positive de som jobbet der. Frokosten som var inkludert var mye bedre enn jeg hadde forventet. Helt klart et sted jeg ville overnattet på igjen👍😊

It's getting older you can see that at some spots the paintings not on the wall anymore. All together a 3-star hotel, it's okay. Clean and everything that you need. The personal is very helpful and kind.

Hotell Diana.
Fint hotell med bästa läge mitt i stan. Trevlig receptionist, sur servitris vid frukosten som bara blängde och inte hälsade. Rummet var fint och bekvämt, men dessvärre fanns ingen bäddmadrass så det var lite hårt att sova. Frukosten erbjöd flera alternativ att äta, men det fanns ingen riktig smörgåskorv och -skinka, utan substitut. Juicen var vattnig. Men jag rekommenderar ändå hotellet för dess läge och fina inredning.

The pictures and description for this hotel do not give a true account. Impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the air conditioning however for a four star hotel we feel we were let down. Our room had a kettle and two cups however there were no other provisions, not even a spoon. True this was not promised however there is an implication in the advertising of facilities, particularly when viewing the photos online. The cups were not washed and by the end of the week, despite cleaning these ourselves, without soap they did become grubby. The beds were comfortable however we were disheartened at the noisy plastic mattress protectors and the holes in the sheets and towels provided periodically throughout the week. Pillows were very comfy. The wifi was intermittent, often disappearing completely for several hours. I question the claim of a restaurant and bar, during our stay there was a room which I would assume could be utilised as this however it was empty, on the last day of our stay there was clearly refurbishments being undertaken however if this service is advertised as available any change should be communicated to guests as a common courtesy. Fantastic location in Rhodes and balcony position was second to none. The hotel was happy to look after our cases after check out free of charge. The begrudging customer service provided by of one member of staff let the rest down. If the hotel was marketed at a lower star rating this review would have been different.

Dear guest, thank you for taking the time to write this review. We are sorry to read that you were not satisfied as our other guests at their stay. As you mention in your post, we offer everything that is published on our website. Rhodes center at this period is a crowded place and with the world cup playing on every screen we expected a noisier street. The Wi-Fi was intermittent because too many devices were connected to the main floor router and people shared the password with the nearby restaurants. This problem was unavoidable. We feel sorry about not informing every client beforehand about the renovation in the ground floor, it was supposed to be finished in 2 days. but the work team faced problems with the electricity in the area and this changed their plans. We will be more than happy if we see you again, to see for yourselves that Diana is worthy rated as a 4 star hotel. Kind Regards, Diana Hotel IT

Excellent hotel
great location near to everything. most staff very kind and warming and always keen to help. Breakfast is lovely. Nice hotel and rooms. We stayed in a suite with two adjoining rooms which was nice and light because we had a big balcony in one of the rooms. Would recommend and will be staying again.

Morsom guttetur til Rhodos
Renholdet var bra, de ryddet og vasket etter oss hver formiddag, etter vi hadde forlatt rommet. Service var bra, med hyggelig og pratsomme ansatte. Hotellet har også bra beliggenhet. Det er nærme barstreet, kort vei til stranda og masse restauranter og lokalbutikker i nærheten. Det er noen minuser. Det er aircondition på rommene men de fungerer svært dårlig når du blir svett og har på kaldeste setting, det var helder ikke aircondition i gangen, hvor det var meget klamt. Internettet var også veldig tregt selvom ruteren holdt til rett ute i gangen. Sofaen på rommet var også svært ubehagelig og knekt. Stolene med metallramme på terrassen bør også tåle at en mann på 88 kg lener seg litt bakover uten at den blir bøyd og ødelagt. Det var et bra opphold med mye morro, men visse ting var i dårlig tilstand, som gjorde at tiden inne på hotellet ikke ble like behagelig som den kunne enkelt ha vært.

Neat, big room and great breakfast
Very spacious, comfortable room with good facilities. Breakfast was great. Cleaning was sufficient and for sure neat, although not into every detail. Centrally located with good restaurants, old city and sea on walking distance.

Location was great, but there is all to it. Room service was horrible. No soap, shampoo...etc. We requested many times but no room service staff was around and the one we finally reached couldn't find any !! Hotel needs immediate repairs !!

The Big Lie
Awful, worse hotel I have ever stayed at. There is no executive room, it is two connecting rooms. The room is suppose to be non-smoking, but you could smell smoke continuously through the AC unit. The bathroom lights in the connecting room were extremely dim, making it hard to see. The rooms are NOT SOUNDPROOF! You can everything on the street below: yelling, loud music, vehicles, etc. In the hotel, three groups of young adults drank, screamed and played loud music until 0300 in the morning. I asked/told them several times to keep it down. The front desk clerk was young, had a "do not bother me attitude" and was overwhelmed with the nighttime partying. In fact, she later stated it was out of her control!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel to any families. It is for young, partying kids/adults and the area fits their need. The only good part to this disaster was Hotels.com. I called and explained all the above to a representative (Siko.) He called and verified the problems and stated Hotels.com would not pay the second night (we did not stay...checked out) and would reimburse us that money. Thank you Hotels.com for making resolving this issue with the hotel.
