We take safety for our guests as one of our top priority, I am wondering if it wasnt the wind that opened the door or could it have been a little later then 4 am? Please call me at the hotel. Hi BobSorry to see that you rated us 1 star. Your reservation was the night of Oct 4th, just 1 night stay. On Oct 4th, you messaged us that you would arrive between 6:30pm-7pm, asked for arrival instruction, you sent another message after 9pm, said you couldn't make it. We prepared the late arrival for you after we received your first message. After we received your second message, we tried to resell your room, but 9pm was too late to resell the room. By the policy, it was a no-show, you were charged for 1 night. I understand that you were upset, wish I could help more.
