Good hotel very close to the Mumbai international airport. We used it as a stopover hotel for the night before our flight. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was very good and as per our expectations. We stayed there with family and felt quite safe. Definitely recommend this hotel.

For overnight stay good location close to the airport. Would be good if there is shower curtain so the remaining part of the washroom floor will not get wet. Lobby was under renovation so the entire ground floor area was quite dusty. Number of eating places close by.

Excellent 3 week stay. Would stay here again
Made my first visit to Mumbai comfortable and enjoyable. I stayed for almost 3 weeks and would definitely do another long stay here. The room was clean, airy, and spacious. Not a luxury hotel, but like a nice middle class home with hot showers, clean linens, good AC. Breakfast was delicious enough that I didn't get tired of it after a few weeks. Sambar especially good. As a new traveler to India I was cautious about food but everything at Planet Residency was fresh and gave me no problems. Staff are friendly and helpful with thorough room cleaning, helping me get a car or autorickshaw, etc. I've already recommended it to colleagues who also stayed here. I will do so again and will quite likely stay here again soon.

Staff asked to change room because of some maintenance issue. Afterwards that room was allocated to someone else. The another room we got was very untidy and small. After arguing with mgr, we got a spacious room just for a night. In 4 nights stay we have changed room thrice. Nearby locality is good. Airports are easily accessible.

Nice staff and very polite. Only my room was facing on the road so traffic noise was bothering, could not sleep and i was on fifth floor and houskeeping was on next level. Phone was rining so loud at 6am, did not sleep well. Overall good service

At 6.30 receptionist, bell hop and doorman asleep
The hotel did not wake me up as agreed, they had also promised bed tea and a breakfast box when I left with the shuttle at 6.30. None of this happened. Fortunately I did not miss the plane.

Very bad. Too far different from the photos on web. Very dirty. Hairs on the bed when entering room. Very weak Wifi signal. Can believe it if it is 3.5 stars ? 2 stars enough.

空港近くのホテル
深夜便での到着にも関わらず空港まで迎えにきてくれました。ただ事前に依頼メールしてたのですが、返信がなかったので空港出るまでドキドキでした。ドライバーさんはとても親切でした。シャワーは水で、停電もしますが、インドなのでこんなもんだと思います。

Great Staff and Excellent Value
Good stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful in suggesting places to see and things to do and most economical ways to get to the local points of interest.

Not worth its price!
The price I paid per night for this hotel was not worth it. Could have stayed at better places nearby for the same price. Limited Breakfast option, served at room as there was a meeting organised in the Banquet area and they had no other place to host Breakfast for the guests.

The first room was not very good because AC broke down but staff were very fast to change and upgrade room . Food was ok and service was good. Hotel is close to airport rail station and shopping . Hotel provided free breakfast and airport shuttle . Value was ok for area .

There are probably better options for this price
Trying to organize airport collection with the staff was difficult and time consuming as they were having issues with their email and they refused to deal with us over the phone (they just kept saying send the email again). We ended up landing in Mumbai at 10pm still not sure if they were coming to collect us. The staff were also not aware that our booking was for 3 single beds and we ended up with a double plus a roll away bed. The room and facilities was ok for India, but we stayed in nicer hotels for similar prices in other cities in India.

Great for convenience
Stayed for two weeks and although on their website a 24 hr. rooftop restaurant was mentioned the facility does not have one. The hotel does have an in room dining service 24 hr. service.

Not a bad stay, hotel was pretty easy to find, and the service was good. The hotel itself is old and dated, though it was kept clean and tidy. It provided good value for money, though some of the room service items could have been slightly cheaper.

Smelling is bad, room is old but the price is high. I think same price I can live in much better hotel. Breakfast sucks. C/P value is very low. Not recommend.

Poor in every respect
Staff didn't seem to really care, complimentary airport shuttle delayed by more than an hour, registered wake-up call was not honoured, receptionist grumbled and I believe he said the word 'disgusting' and so forth. Also, we paid for a deluxe room and were put in a standard room.

Nice Location. Disappointing Breakfast
Hotel was good & clean very near to Andheri & Vile Parle station. Hotel staff was courteous & helpful. The breakfast was disappointment. The Cikked items were not tasted to be freshly cooked may be of previous day. The so called juice was not at all juice as it was either mazaa or slice. Overall not at all up to the mark. The bed mattress quality can be improved also as it is also not up to the mark.

Some Facilities weren't working, so, I moved another rooms as 2 times, they upgraded my room to upper level, but, anyway, I could smell some bad things... so bad... Actually, the prices of Mumbai is very high.. I couldn't be satisfied with all things in Mumbai....

You'd find a 'Shabnam Shariff' at the reception, mind you she is rude, no customer service skills.

I paid for a triple bed deluxe room for my parents. The hotel desk provided only with a double room. They have to pay me the difference money. They took me through a troubling time by not confirming my booking saying the hotel is full after the payment was made. I had to make several calls each lasting half hour with the call centre just to ensure the booking is a confirmed reservation inspite of payment being made.

Pleasant Experience :
At first like every other individual, i was sceptical about the comfort & cleanliness of the hotel. The photos usually do not show the real truth. But all fuss came to an end when i arrived. The double rooms are pleasant, toilets clean and excellent staff. Please bare in mind, i booked it for my family & myself. I think one of the impressive factors was they did not charge me an extra day when my family reached 5 hours before the check-in time and they accommodated without any extra fees. As an international tourist and re-visiting india after a while , i am really impressed with such a service for the price. The complimentary buffet is good (try the aloo paratha, you will relish a north-indian blend in it) and the restaurant menu is good as well ( I ordered Chinese). A very close connection to the international airport (with free airport transfer) & around 10 mins from Bandra East station. The only concern is the price of double rooms on counter but thanks to sites like expedia, i got a good deal ! All in all, very happy with the experience. I can clarify that the present photos of the double rooms are accurate and the service is good. I will definitely come back to this place when i land in mumbai next time. And i would like to recommend this hotel for all types. Thanks to Expedia & Hotel Planet Residency ( Thanks to Ms.Shabnam, Mr. Nadim & all other staff )
