Luxurious hotel
호텔에 너무 일찍 도착해서(5시간?) 얼리체크인이 안될줄 알았는데, 편의를 봐 주어서 감사했음. 호텔컨시어지가 51층에 위치해 뷰가 환상적이었고,직원응대도 너무 친절... 게다가 river view room을 배정해 주어서 감사... 주요 관광스팟에서 가까운 위치에 있어서 편리. 룸컨디션은 최정상급이었고, 침대는 안락해서 피로가 풀렸고, 수건이나 가운도 고급.. 한가지 단점이 있다면 호텔 바로 앞에 가전,공구상가들이 있어서 럭셔리급호텔과 부조화? 조식은 종류가 많고 훌륭한 편. 택시서비스를 부탁했을 때 도어맨은 짐을 챙기고, 프론트직원이 택시기사에게 다음 행선지주소를 재차 확인시켜주었고, 호텔명함에 택시번호를 적어주기까지 하는 서비스에 감동 백배...

Amazing Service and Great Rooms
This was one of the best hotel experiences we've had - and a reminder of why luxury hotels still provide the best service. We arrived really early in the morning (about 2am after a late flight) and were quickly shown to our room. The standard room was large, immaculate, and exceeded our expectations. But the real value came because my husband was sick - it turned out that he had a slight fever - and the hotel went above and beyond to accommodate us. They sent up a thermometer and medical supplies in the middle of the night. The next day, they allowed us to check out late so that he could rest. Everyone here treated us like valued customers, and we were only staying one night and had no status with Marriott. It's an experience I won't soon forget, and I'm very impressed by the Westin brand.

This is a great hotel. Central location. Good for first time visitor.very clean food very good if you don't want to go out.

Comfortable stay
Hotel is located at a good location. Bed is very comfortable as many guests have mentioned. Although services from the staff were always prompt, I personally feel the staff could be more approachable and perhaps a smile could make guests to feel more welcome.

Good location and comfort bedding hotel
Very nice hotel and have an excellent view over looking the beautiful Chongqing city and river. Staffs are helpful and delicious buffet breakfast. Swimming facilities are perfect with sauna and steam room. Will visit again :)

令人驚豐的住宿地點
前一晚洗剩一半的備品及乳液房務忘了補上，洗到一半才發現，但飯店人手不足過了大概40分後才補上。這點有跟飯店反映後續未再發生。除此之外的住宿地點位置非常好，房間非常舒適漂亮，尤其是夜景，第一晚面的是解放碑徒步區，夜景非常漂亮，第二天後換到面江的房間後，又完全是不同的景觀及氛圍，非常值得一住。

Highly recommended for overseas traveler.
The hotel location is really good, you can see the Yangtze River and the Yangtze River Cableway is walking distance from the hotel. Not to mention that it is also located near liberation square. The hotel's wifi can connect you to google and youtube so i am guessing this will be very favorable to overseas guests.
