I have a kiddo at OU & stay in hotels often. I love the location because you can avoid game day traffic. Friendly staff, quiet rooms, great AC, clean, new everything, comfy beds & overhead lighting! Not just lamps! The included breakfast, though, needs improvement (and I’m a nurse who is used to hospital food). The coffee is fabulous though.

This is a new property and is excellent on all counts. Couldn’t find a hair-dryer but I’m sure if we had asked, staff would have provided.

The breakfast was delicious swimming pool was good and some people was friendly and helpful in the kitchen,bad things was that cleaning on the rooms on my staying on this property nobody when and clean the room and ask if we need towels or towel paper or anything that was the only thing

The gym had broken equipment, lacked towels and hand sanitizer. There weren’t any alcohol wipes to wipe down the machines after use. On the way back to the room, I tried two different hand sanitizer stations which were both empty. Housekeeping walked in on the second knock as I was coming out of the shower.

The carpet in the hallway had a lot of water from a leak, the sofas in the room were stained really bad and the shower was not cleaned correctly.

Check in was fast and easy although staff wasn't very attentive. Our room was dirty, the pool and hot tub were filthy. We were unable to get in because they were so gross. Which is the reason we stayed here. We wanted a pool and hot tub. The water in the hot tub wasn't even hot. It was like warm bath water at best. We had to go back down for bedding for the pull out bed. The elevators are slow and the hotel wasn't even busy. We took the stairs multiple times just because it was over 5 minutes for the elevator.

Thank you for letting us know about your experience, it looks like the hotel was in fact sold out while you were there which may have caused the elevators to be slow and the pool area not to be kept up like we would like we apologize for that inconvenience.

I am a paraplegic and a wheelchair, and I always confirm that they have a roll in shower. When I got there, they did not have one for me. It makes it extremely hard to bathe.

So sorry you guys didn't book the roll in shower handicap rooms, I would recommend if you need a roll in shower to book directly with the hotels. We have hearing impaired handicap rooms as well that are not roll in showers which is what you guys unfortunately booked.

Check in was super easy and convenient! As soon as we got to our room I noticed it had a smell. The walls had dirt full handprints in several places and all the mirrors were very dirty! There was also several dirty towels on our floor when we arrived as well as trash under the couches and bed skirts! We chose to not even eat breakfast because of house dirty our room was! The carpet also was crusty with something that hadn’t been cleaned up! I’m not normally one to complain but this was unacceptable!

My first thought walking into the door was this is nice. First impression seemed clean. The girl at the desk was kind. Our room had several stains on the furniture, That gave the room a dirty feel. The toilet had urine around the edge of the toilet bowl. We made the couch out to a bed and the mattress had a very gross, large stain. Which made our grandson not want to sleep on it. We loved the fact that the room had a sitting area.

I was very disappointed that they couldn’t accommodate at check in my request to have my check out at noon. They didn’t keep gym stocked with towels. I had to ask twice for towels. Room didn’t have enough towels and toilet paper. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable. I appreciated how clean the hotel was. The lobby was nice with the 2 story ceiling

Great overall but our bathroom needed a fix
Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. The fitness room was good. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best I’ve experienced. Our bathroom needed work - one of the towel bars kept falling off the wall and the tub faucet was loose from the tile wall.

This looked like a newer property, we expected cleaner accommodations. The chair in our room had stains on it, the end of the pull out sofa was dirty with food or fecal matter, the drapery in the bedroom had blood or Vomit on it in two places.

I’ve stayed at this hotel before hence the reason why I was good with going back. I was extremely disappointed when I learned they clean rooms daily upon request. There wasn’t anything in their description which provided that information. We left for the day to return to our room in the same condition with which we left it. Totally unacceptable

The room was very clean and comfortable. The only draw back I had was no tub, (like I requested) and we were lied to about breakfast times. I would stay there again.

After one night, had to request for the room to be serviced; all they did was empty trash and replace one set of towels (needed two for two people); we needed sheets changed (had actually pulled them off the bed to send this message) but we’re not changed and we nearly ran out of toilet paper.

Everything was great, except the first room they assigned me the door was stuck and wouldn’t open. But they quickly remedied that and my next room was perfect. Great Wi-Fi too, did a speed test on it and I got 55 Mb per second upload download. Pretty nice for a hotel!
