크라쿠프 중앙역에서 가깝고 엘리베이터가 없었지만 직원분들이 짐을 들어주셨습니다 방도 넓고 좋았고 무엇보다 직원분들이 무척 친절하셨습니다

Stort fint rum som standard. Bra läge nära centralstation, vi gick dit på 7 minuter. Mycket hjälpsam personal. Lugnt och tyst läge. Hyfsat nära till Gamla stan (till St. Florian´s gate), ca 15 minuters lugn promenad.

Det här var ett jättefint boende. Fint rum, bra städning, god ordning, bra frukost-bara fråga om man saknar något. Personligt. Lugnt. Nära station för tåg och buss. Rekommenderar varmt! Det enda jag saknade var ett skohorn!

Huge spotless room
This was the cleanest hotel room I have ever stayed in as well as the room being absolutely massive. Everything was spotless. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is convenient for the main bus and rail station being about a 7 minute walk away. There is no lift so its not suitable for people with mobility problems.

Vi bodde två nätter och är jättenöjda med vår vistelse. Hotellet kändes rent och välvårdat. Läget är perfekt med promenadavstånd till tågstationen. Men det bästa av allt är servicen från personalen, alla som vi var i kontakt med i receptionen var toppen. Vi hade problem med vår bokade tur som blev inställd i sista minuten men hotellets personal hjälpte till att boka en ny och räddade hela vår resa.

Positiv: sehr sauberes, modern eingerichtetes Standard-Appartement, zwei Flachbildschirme, Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank (klein). Das Bad ist modern und groß. Die Angestellten sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist empfehlenswert. Negativ: wir waren drei Personen. Das Appartement war aber nur für zwei vorbereitet und eingedeckt. Auch wurde es dadurch etwas eng. Das Schlafsofa war für unseren Sohn sehr unbequem. Kein Aufzug, keine Waschmaschine. Ich würde das Haus für einen Kurzurlaub jederzeit empfehlen. Wer jedoch länger bleiben möchte, sich auch gerne zwischen durch selbst etwas kochen ober zubereiten möchte, dann nur mit kitchen.

Very nice, clean, friendly.
overall this is really great, the staff are all friendly and helpful. The location is really close to krakow train station, 10 -15 minutes walk with luggage. There is only one shorting coming, lightning, not bright enough.

Topolowa Residence was fabulous. Every member of the staff was exceptional in their help and friendliness, the room was clean and spacious, the morning breakfast was sensational. We highly recommend!

Ett otroligt fint hotell 15 min gång från torget. Otroligt bra bemötande av personal, vi fick även en välkomstdrink som ingick. Rummet var rent och fint och gott om faciliteter! Parkering fanns det gott om på gatan. Frukosten var 10/10. Vi kände oss väldigt välkomna och kommer definitivt återvända.

Fantastic property to stay at when you visit Krakow. Easy walking distance to all attractions, shoppings, restaurants and bars. The staff at the property are outstanding with making you feel at home and providing advice on where to eat, drink and visit attractions. Special mention to Sophie who provided outstanding hospitality. This property is one of the best we have stayed at, only small but very intimate. Breakfast vas very impressive with a great choice of fresh foods available. Thank you we will be back. This property is an absolute must when you visit Krakow.

Perfect hotel, with amazing staff
Very good place: clean, big room, 10min away from the old town, good buffet breakfast, and especially an amazing and very kind staff. I was really amazed by the staff, who helped with all requests (even drying our clothes after a huge storm), this made the stay perfect. Thanks a gain, and I would definitely go again

Amazing could not do enough for me and my family. The staff are excellent very very helpful. On a slightly down side, the bed settee in the executive room is very uncomfortable, might need to change this for a better quality bed settee. Over all though excellent in all other areas of the hotel will definitely be back.

Great place to stay
Beautiful apartments in a quiet area walking distance to Old Town. Andre the manager was very nice and so helpful with restaurant recommendations and directions. Lovely staff, good breakfast and bar area. No elevator but nice wide stairway. Apartments are roomy and very comfortable.

Staff were extremely personable and attentive. Breakfast was outstanding. Stayed here in 2016 and five years later the rooms were still impeccably clean and well maintained. Convenient location. Just a few minute walk from the main train station and "Rynek Glowny." We will definitely return when visiting Krakow.

Wonderful stay
The staff were absolutely charming and so accommodating. The room was large, comfortable and spotless and the property is in a very convenient location for exploring Kraków.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in!
Amazing hotel, nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were fabulous and very clean. Breakfast was delightful and great cocktails from the hotel bar every night! Whilst the hotel is out of the old town this is not a bad thing. It means no noise and a very peaceful nights sleep. It is a short walk from the train station and everywhere else is easily walkable or if you’re feeling a bit tired just take an Uber!!

One of the Best Places I've ever stayed
This place is amazing. The staff are 1st class and cant do enough for you. The minute you arrive you're struck by the beauty of the building and quickly after how nice, friendly and efficient they are, nothing is a problem. Breakfast was very good with plenty on offer and the little bar super, great value in drinks compared to old town prices. The walk into town is about 10 mins but its straightforward, so ideal if you want a quiet out of the way spot. I will tell anyone going to Krakow to stay here, they wont be disappointed
