First of all, thank you for choosing us for your stay.You stayed in our hotel for 4 nights. As I understand it, you just wrote that the bathroom was not clean enough. 4 big days you saw us all the time if you have a complaint, why didn't you tell us that.what will it save you if you stay here for 4 nights and write here.If you had seen something and told us about it, and we had fixed it, then I would have given you the right.It will not save you anything if you write here after leaving the hotel. You must have made a mess,because there is no way we can make a 4 -person reservation and a 2 -person room.Already booked for 4 people definitely does not stay in the room for 2 people.There is definitely something wrong.Its impossible for us at the SELENA HOTEL to accept this.We have never made such a mistake to any of our guests, and we never do. Güzel yorumlarınız için çok teşekkür ederiz.Selçuk da o günlerde festival etkinlikleri olduğu için genelde misafirlerimiz gece 3 e 4e kadar eğlenip otelimize geç giriş yaptılar.Böyle oluncada otelden çıkış saatlerine pek uyamadılar.Bizde neşeli gecelerini bozmak istemeyip biraz toleranslı davrandık.Yani 14:30 olan giriş saatimiz 1 saat geç oldu .Bunun için kusura bakmayın.Giriş saatini özellikle geç saat yazıyoruz ama mümkün olduğunca öğle saatlerinde odaları teslim ediyoruz. Odanızın konforunu ,kahvaltmızın taze ,yeterli oluşunu beğenmişsiniz.Otelimizi tavsiye etmeniz bizi çok memnun etti.Biz de sizi ,otelimizde misafir etmekten çok memnun olduk. Zaten tek kişilik yataklarımız normalden büyük, birleştirildiğinde çok büyük süper bir yatak haline geliyor. Birleştirdikten sonra da iki yatağı birbirine birleştiren kalın orijinal çift kişilik alez koyuyoruz. Bu alez ile yatakların ayrılma imkanı yoktur.5 yıldız ve Deluxe otellerde de bu şekilde yapılmaktadır... Bu kadar soğuk havalarda özel klimaların sıcak güzel performansını, kahvaltımızı bol çeşit ve ev yapımı ürünlerle dolu olmasını, şehir merkezinde her yere yürüme mesafesinde olmamızı, otoparkımızın olmasını, en önemlisi bu kadar temiz bir yerde kalmanızı hiçe sayıp, takıntılarınız yüzünden düşük puan vermeniz hayret verici. Yine de bir hatamız olduysa affola.
