Stayed for business. Great hotel for a good price. The staff is very forthcoming. The restaurant offers great food. Won't be my last stay.

i had requested for a double bed but yet was given a room with twin beds which was very inconvenient. also, kept getting disturbed by the room service as well as the housekeeping in spite of not requesting or ordering anything.

IT DOES NOT HAVE A POOL AS INDICATED. I made this booking based on that and it does not have a pool, when I asked in reception about it they did nothing, normally in other hotels they would give a complimentary gift (like passes to the pool at the other citrus hotel or a spa treatment) to make up for the mistake.

Everything's good. The hotel got the booking of room wrong. They provided us with a different room but however that room too did not have a bath tub.

Had an amazing experience in regards to my stay and the service of the staff...very friendly and welcoming....close proxemity to shopping areas like Commercial Street. Would appreciate if they would be able to provide the Qibla directions and prayer mat for Muslims guests.

Be sure that you have enough time
The hotel is standard. Clean compare to others in India. The breakfast in good. A lot of unnecessary calls in the evening. The taxi that we order was late for half an hour. We had no other chance but to order two and a half expensive cab from the hotel.

Avg stay, good room and beautiful roof top setup
The food was just horrible with flies and it was conveyed to the chef in the morning that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and this was the worst quality of breakfast ever! Not because of the food condition but because the full food were swarming with flies
