Not worry the money. I went with my family all I could smell was weed in the hallway. The rooms were dirty, the beds and pillow look like they weren’t change. The bed was so uncomfortable. The pool was coming apart. Things were missing at the bottom of the floor. There was a hole in the ceiling in my room. I called the front desk to reported it nothing was done. The shower was leaking and the shower was dirty. I called the front desk nothing was done.

The room seemed dated and in need of repair. The bathroom door was unable to close seemed to be from poor workmanship. The extractor in the bathroom was not working and the main light in the room was not function.

Initial Checked in was horrible...waited more than an hour to get a room. Check-in staff could not refer to a manager for update. It seems that the house-keeping supervisor controls the availability of rooms. The house-keeping supervisor was summon to speck with guest for an update on when the rooms will be available. More needs to be done.

The hotel is rough, lacking maintenance (eg scum in the shower glass walls), the dining options are limited (eg the breakfast buffet is terrible), but what made the experience awful is the rudeness of the personnel, especially the woman serving at the outside bar just to the right of the back doors to the pool. Unlike anything I've ever experienced. Will never ever stay there, and I wouldn't recommend it to any business traveler.

The bathroom needs lighting and to be updated. Plus I brought my own cleaning products to clean the bathroom myself after seeing pictures which I am glad I did. The rooms are a great size and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was a great bonus with a good selection.

Hotel was convenient for our meeting, front desk is very professional, other staff not very professional. Check in is at 3pm but pool closes at 5pm also no towels at the pool. Our room had lots of water on the floor had to get another. Another room was flooded they had to be moved also. I would not stay there again unless there are no other options.

The hotel is located in a nice area, however it lacks maintenance. The curtains are falling down, bathroom needs cleaning, wash room sink broken, air conditioner not working properly. The staff needs to be trained on how to give great customer service. I have no plans to stay there again.

Thanks to Rebecca the front desk and all the staff at the front seat can’t remember their name excellent service The restaurant staff weee accommodating too read some reviews but my experience was totally different yes the place needs some upgrade and they are trying Security guards were great too very friendly Thank you so much to isha the girl who clean our room she deserve a raise very funny and she clean our room every day new towels and lotssssss of pillows Hot water was abundant The balcony was great love it for the fresh air Room size was perfect One recommendation was to move the bathroom it was in the middle of the room lol Overall me and my family had a excellent time Will come back to the Ramada inn princess Breakfast was excellent variety every day Thank you

Never again ! The staff was rude, service was slow. Checkin was good but I ordered a taxi for 2:30 to go to the airport. Went to get the taxi at 2:30 and they said they left we tried to call you. I checked out at 1:30 and had lunch by the pool so why call my room? Then she said there were no taxis and looked at me like I was crazy. I pushed and she called and said they are in town and may be here in 15 mins. Thankfully we went outside and hailed a taxi. The waitress acted like we were bothering her and when we asked recommendation she said I never eaten that food. We waited 45 mins for our food. Finally as I was exiting the automated door it closed on me. My arm got hit by the door and then the door broke. No apology no are you ok?? Never again

I didn’t like my service because the room I stay wasn’t clean, didn’t have enough toiletry. When you call house keeping they don’t answer their phone. When you call the front desk they say they can’t hear you and I had to come down to get towels. The customer service was not the best. I would have expect better services from such a hotel hearing from people about the hotel.

At first glance the property looks nice. There is no early check in. Although I arrived an hour and a half early and rooms were available you are unable to check in. The room looked clean but there was a large mouse poison that my toddler touched. The shower and sinks did not drain well so water remained in both. You also have to ask for wash cloths in order to get it.
