In all the time no hot water to shower broken toilet seat never fixed eveytime you sat down hoping you dident fall of mess on the outside of the toilet never cleaned

Nice location.Comfort: huge room for improvement
Well located hotel. Convenient near metro stations, bus tops and walking distance to most tourist locations. The room needs room for improvement: the bed was not comfortable, the shower had a very complicated system of keeping the water warm and having a timer of around 3 minutes and then it will turn off and water will get col again. The is a constructions of a tall building in front of the room, with no soundproof windows. Noise will keep you up at night and early in the morning when the construction starts.

Good place for short stays
A friend and I stayed here for 2 nights, it was easy walking distance to the Spanish steps and very near a bus stop for one of the city tours. Good size, clean room, friendly staff, would definitely go back.

Air conditioning didn't work, it was just like a very weak fan.. while it was 95 degrees in the city, we asked the front desk to please fix it, they said they checked and it was "all good" but didn't fix anything.. 3 night of impossible sleeping in Rome, seems like a ghost hotel.. "hotel California" style..

Experiencia muy grata y lugar ideal
Es un lugar fantastico, con una ubicacion idonea, cerca de la Plaza de España y Estatua Beberini, a tan solo 5 minutos andando tranquilamente. En el entorno hay restaurantes muy buenos a precios muy accesibles y economicos que se comen bien y te atienden estupendamente. El hotel cumple a las expectactivas de lo que buscamos, la atención de su recepcionista fue fantastica, atenta y muy disponible siempre, y el hotel tiene unas habitaciones amplias con todo el confort que se precisa para sentirse como en casa. El desayuno es bueno y en definitiva, lo recomiendo 100%, incluso repitiria si fuese de nuevo. Los medios de transporte están muy cerca, 2 lineas de metro a 5 minutos y parada de bus a menos de 3 minutos. Esta muy cerca de la embajada de EEUU.

Hotel bien ubicado
Alojamiento bien ubicado en Roma, desde el cual puedes desplazarte por la ciudad de forma muy cómoda. Es bastante confortable y descansas muy agusto después de horas y horas pateando Roma. Lástima que no tenga servicio de recepción para los viajeros que llegan al aeropuerto por la noche.

great aria close to everything, big room contemporary stile, nice breakfast for Rome. landlord locks a little bit grumpy but in reality she is a lovely lady. Value for the price.

Mycket rent och fräscht. Trevlig hjälpsam personal. Smakfullt inrett. Rekommenderas om man inte behöver checka in efter 19:00. Mellan 19-22 så kostar det 20 euro extra, kommer du senare så får du bo på annat hotell första natten som dom fixar åt dej.

Convenient and clean hotel
Good hotel, great location, and good price. Staff was very helpful. Rooms need to have double-paned glass. I was very jet-lagged when I checked in, having slept very little on the flight over. When I went to take a nap in the afternoon, there was construction on another floor of the building, and the windows did nothing to stop the noise. Overall, a good stay and good accommodations, especially for anyone on a budget.

Ottima sistemazione a due passi da Via Veneto
Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti in questa bellissima struttura (6 sole stanze) ubicata in un palazzo a due passi da Via Veneto e dall'hotel Eden (uno dei più belli di Roma). E' stato tutto perfetto: l'arredamento delle stanze, la pulizia, il comfort, l'accoglienza e la gentilezza del titolare (grazie ancora a Francesco) e dei collaboratori. Ottima anche la colazione, soprattutto la parte 'dolce' con prodotti di qualità e servita in una piccola sala. La zona permette di visitare facilmente tutto il centro di Roma e anche i parcheggi nelle vicinanze rendono il soggiorno più semplice per chi ha l'auto. Ottimo il rapporto qualità/ prezzo, quindi struttura super consigliata soprattutto per coppie, famiglie e piccoli gruppi di amici.

Piacevole scoperta
Ambiente confortevole e arredato con gusto con dettagli a favore dell'estetica e comodità. La gentilezza della sig.ra Patrizia è certamente uno dei suoi punti di forza, ti fa sentire come a casa ed è molto disponibile. Sembra fuori mano in realtà è praticamente in centro (mi sono sempre spostata a piedi). Sotto è pieno di ristorantini..pro (basta scendere per mangiare) e contro (si sente il movimento delle persone).
