Dear Sir,I am very surprised with your review, I asked you when you checked-out if everything was ok, you answered to me YES. The receptionist who worked at night also told me that he spoked with you during your stay but you never mentioned any problems. We checked also in room if there were insects in the room but we din't find anything. Could you please let us know what is the real reason of your dissatistaction.

We are very happy to know that you loved your stay t the Crayon Rouge.Regarding the room size, you booked a Single room for one person and you have been upgrade on a Double Room which is a little bit bigger than the category you select. For the next time, I advise you to book the Cosmopolite superior room which is much bigger and will match your requests. Hope to host you for your next Parisian travel!
