Two night stay.
There are many hotels/motels along the strip in Penticton; this motel is a gem. Owners take pride in their hotel and it shows in the care and maintenance of their business and proper†y.

Staff was nice. As a wildfire evacuee this was one of the few places available. However it is in poor condition and absolutely filthy. Definitely not priced correctly!

Good location close to Skaha Lake park and beach. Can walk to Walmart for incidentals and groceries. Room has thin walls, can hear persons in next room arguing and children crying. Room could use updating.

Long live MOTELS!
The owner and facially/staff were incredibly welcoming ,kind and accommodating. The unit was updated and we loved having a small kitchen The location is perfect, the pool was clean and warm and Skaha Beach and park is just amazing! A motel like this was just what we wanted for our beach trip!

This is a nice property very close to Skaha lake. It was clean and the staff were very friendly.

Did not sleep all night due to a tv blasting in another room all night long! Not clean ! No staff on at night, no one answers the phone at night Don't stay there!

There are a lot of these older Motels in Pentiction... this one has everything you need for an affordable stay and is in a very convenient location. It was clean, quiet, and had everything you needed. It won't blow you away but it doesn't disappoint.

Room was vey clean and well stocked with essentials. Bed comfy. Cable TV was nice. Checkin was super easy. On the negative side the AC in the room kicks in often and is pretty loud, and the walls/ floor seems thin could hear people. So bring earplugs just in case. It quietened down by 11 pm and I did not need to run AC all night so I got a good sleep and did not need my earplugs.

The bathroom was dirty, and the shower mat was rolled up and wedged under the toilet tank (probably not a sanitary place!). In room coffee pot was not cleaned after the first day we used it. Dirty glasses and coffee cups not replaced until we had to stack them in front of the television on the dresser. When we left after the 4th night the old coffee was still in the pot.

Close to the lake.. Great pool.. BBQ area.. Walking distance to stores.. Food.. Kind and helpful staff.. Beautiful flowers out side. Rooms are clean.. And good coffee in the rooms

Newly renovated; our suite was very nice and the grounds are very well kept. The staff were fabulous, responding quickly to any requests.

We stayed in the newly renovated rooms and they were so lovely and clean, we ended up staying an extra night. They accomodated us immediately and gave us a discount. The pool is the only one open in town for May long as it was important for them to get it up and running for this weekend. Lovely place, lovely staff. Comfy beds and pillows, AC works amazing. Super close to Skaha beach. I think we will become frequent fliers here. Thank you so much for having us.

It was clean but spartan. What do you expect for ninety dollars these days. This ain't the Ritz though us seniors wish it was. why give us an extra pillow instead of an extra blanket??

a block from the beach, residential feel, clean and quiet. Noisy bathroom fan and A/C. We could also hear the fan from the neighbouring room.

I liked the location, & the pool & hottub. The pool was not heated the way it says in the advertizement, it was cold. The hottub was not hot enough. Just slightly warm.

So Sorry to hear that you could not enjoy the pool. No one else complaint about pool or hot tub being cold. We have turned the temperature down becauxe it gets so hot duing the day due to guest's request to turm the temperature down. you stayed her for many nights but did not inform us that pool was too cold.. if we were notified we could gladly turn the heat up you.

Didn’t get to stay
I didn’t actually get to stay here on this trip. I have stayed at this hotel before and understood that their front desk closed at 10pm. Unfortunately I had some travel difficulties in one of the mountain passes on my way there. By the time I got cell service back it was after 10, I tried calling the hotel but there wasn’t any option of after hours customer service. I finished my trip and got to the hotel hoping that they would have something posted on the door with instructions on what to do for late check in but there was none. I then called Hotels.com to see what my options were but they weren’t very helpful either.

Everything was fantastic with the exception of how dirty the floors were, we just wore sandals after realizing the bottom of our feet were filthy even after asking them to mop the floor, but other than that fantastic, bbq area under the lights was awesome, super close to the beach, liquor and convenience store as well.

THANK YOU FOR STAYING WITH US.. WE TRIED TO KEEP FLOOR CLEAN BUT IT IS VERY HARD IN THE BUSY SUMMER AND GUESTS WALKS BARE FEET OUTSIDE IN PARKIKING LOT AND BACK IN THE RROMS. THEY GET MOPPED EVERDAY BUT JUST MOPPING DOES NOT HELP,WE ARE SCRUBBING ALL THE RROMS WITH SCRUBBER
