Hello, Mr. Victor Pol, sorry to hear that you did not have a pleasant experience with us. Any issues should immediately be reported to front desk so that we can fix the problem. Also the property is under new ownership and we are working diligently to upgrade the place to its original prestige. As for the credit card charges, we are unaware of any extra charges you may have incurred outside of what you were charged at the property. Management is available each day to address any and all issues. Again, please except our apologies and we hope you will stay with us again in the near future.

We are sorry for the inconvenience. We do have parking spots you should have just asked at the front desk.We do have a breakfast but due to renovations going on we are not serving for time being.

sorry to hear that but we really do nt know how anyone can get refund if you have used the whole room and than ask for refund , again since you complain for bed bugs we check our room in detail but we did not found any thing .

Thank you for your business we really surprise to see your rating because there were no complains were recorded and room was also 100 % used. nobody also come to front to mention if they were not satisfied with room .

sorry to hear that , but according our record you mention to the same front desk agent that you are leaving next day not because of room room or service . since it was pretty busy weekend .all the rooms were occupied any body outside pass your room your dogs start barking non stop. in this case you can not stay with peace and you also mention her that it is not the room . we also offer you upstairs room which was denied by you . we really appreciate your business but we also know that the room you was assigned was not dirty because that room was just done paint and updates.

sorry to hear that, once we get your review about junky people etc , we run our recording outside to see , till you guys were there it was only people standing who was having room and off course the people who have rent non smoking room if they want to smoke they will be smoking outside , which i have talk to your husband , he did mention about people outside looks like they are staying for longer period. other than those people we dont see any one outside , plus the room you was assigned was a pet friendly smoking room , that will smell like a pet/ smoking. i also refund 30 for your pet since it was a misunderstanding . it was not done purposely , it was a human error .on that weekend there were bunch of people were traveling with their pets . which we already discuss with you .

SORRY TO HEAR THAT BUT AT THE TIME OF CHECKIN WE DO HAVE A NOTE AT FRONT REGARDING POOL IS CLOSED , IF YOU HAVE ASKED ALSO AT THE TIME OF CHECK IN WE WOULD LET U YOU. WE TRY TO KEEP OUR GUEST HAPPY AND GIVE THEM COMFORT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR BUSINESS !

sorry to hear that , but i am surprised because that room is painted recently , bathtub etc is taking care of last month . so i really dont know how you complaining about mold , burn marks etc , and again if it was complain while you staying we take care of those issus before your checkout but i didnot have any complains recorded.

sorry to hear that , but we have checked our record , after complained about previous room we change room and after changing room , we heard no complained , and also at the checkout room was used 100 % . that means that room was ok for you to stay and used . basically we try to make every guest happy and satisfied , but we will work on your complain too.

sorry for the inconvenience , but there is a mic and ref in the room , all the way by closet , we always have take care of complains asap , if it was informed to front desk about shower head we would take care of that as soon as you complain .
