Una finca hermosa y muy bien acondicionada. Para donde mires hay detalles que resaltan la hermosura de la construcción tipo colonial. El personal muy amable y atento desde que ingresas.

The property has an old school Mexican charm and is beautiful. Keeping this in mind, the bedrooms are very well-appointed, featuring Cable TV, a mini-fridge, and air conditioning. However, there is plenty of room for improvement, especially in the areas of food and staff training. I would definitely stay here again. :)

El cuarto bastante amplio con todas las amenidades disponibles. El Hotel muy bien cuidado, me gusto la sección del cuarto de lectura y los patios. Tiene alberca bien cuidada, no la usamos por el clima un poco frio en Enero, excelente Ubicación

Terrible!!
Terrible hotel. Sheets stained with blood, hair and bed bugs in the mattresses, dirty floors, checkin was at 3 and we got the rooms at midnight. We asked for a full refund. Management was lost in translation. Terrible experience never come to this hotel.

Creímos que era un gran hotel en el centro de Querétaro que valía la pena, sin embargo que mal sabor de boca nos llevamos y quisiera ADVERTIR A TODOS LOS QUE QUIERAN HOSPEDARSE AHÍ POR SU SEGURIDAD. La noche de nuestra llegada olvidamos una cartera cerca de la piscina que se encontraba enfrente de nuestra habitación, 118 Isabela. Al día siguiente buscamos apoyo de las chicas de recepción quienes nos devolvieron la cartera diciendo que “la persona encargada del turno nocturno” la había encontrado. Al revisar que la cartera tuviera todo por dentro nos percatamos que NO SE ENCONTRABA EN EFECTIVO que tenía antes de perderla, al pedir apoyo a recepción nos comentaron: 1) NO HAY CÁMARAS DE SEGURIDAD más que en la entrada del hotel para revisar quien fue realmente la persona que recuperó la cartera, EL HOTEL NO ES SEGURO; 2) “Había mucha gente por la noche en el restaurante y alguien pudo entrar al hotel y agarrarla”, ¿o sea que cualquier persona externa puede entrar al hotel? ¿realmente es seguro ese lugar? y 3) “La política del hotel no permite invadir o esculcar cosas de los inquilinos por lo que NADA SE PIERDE y siempre regresa al dueño”…. La cartera se perdió, y si bien se recuperó, NO TENÍA EL DINERO DENTRO, esa política NO EXISTE REALMENTE. Hemos intentado recuperar el dinero que se nos perdió y no tenemos respuesta.

Best choice for central location on one of the main town squares near everything and very safe. The hotel is in a stunning historic building with open Mexican courtyards and a pool, but rooms are modern and elegant. You will have every service from the absolutely best staff starting with Inaki, Guadalupe, Dulce, Mariela, Valentina and all. I came for 4 nights and stayed 7 because it was so charming. The bar and lounge are spacious and sophisticated and Mariela can prepare anything you fancy. The restaurant is called Josefa for the magnificent Chef. Stay long enough to work your way through her fantastic breakfast and dinner menus. The quiet police presence at the adjacent Plaza de Armas state building makes the square and this hotel a good choice for single travelers who can safely explore the other good restaurants within a two minute walk …including the Chucho el Roto across the street with live music. There are mostly local people and not too many tourists. Finally, fairly Accessible for guests who can stay in street level rooms with very few steps. It’s a short walk to the Regional Museum and Art Museum and all shopping. If you don’t stay at the Meson de Santa Rosa, be sure to visit the restaurant & bar!

Our stay at Mesón de Santa Rosa Luxury Hotel was excellent. Our room "Olimpia" combined with the staff service exceeded our expectations. The staff could not have been more helpful and no request went unfulfilled. We not only recommend this hotel we will be returning guests on future trips to Queretaro. El hotel es hermoso, las instaciones bellas y cómodas, gran gusto en la decoración y espacios , un patio central hermoso, piscina. Restaurante bonito y muy cómodo para hacer sobremesa, los alimentos regular, no me cautivó el buffet. Tiene una biblioteca bella. Las habitaciones lindas cómodas amplias, no es muy silencioso por la mañana,se escuchan los ruidos fácilmente. Todo es accesible , tiendas restaurantes , andadores literal sales del hotel al corazón del la ciudad. El personal es amable En general una estancia cómoda y agradable volvería porsupuesto.
