또 가고 싶은 호텔
해변에서도 가깝고 호텔내 및 근처에 레스토랑도 많아서 먹는것도 문제 없었습니다. 매일 resort fee가 30 달러 붙기는 했지만 하와이 호텔은 다 이렇다고 해서 불만은 없었어요. 풀장도 멋지고 호텔 바로 앞에 바닷가도 멋져서 호텔을 벗어나지 않고도 즐겁게 지낼 수 있는 곳이었습니다.

The beds and pillows were great but the sheets and towels had stains. I blamed myself at first then watched to see if it happen again and it did. We stayed 10 days and housekeeping came every other day. Kids screaming in the kid pool most days bothered me but that is the parent’s fault. Everyone that worked there were so kind and helpful. We loved them. Food was great! Looking forward to going back asp..

This is a nice property but it is hard to walk anywhere. Plan on taking 10-15 minutes to walk to the pool, dining areas, beach, or parking. You are not supposed to smoke on the balcony but people around us were. The family next to us was very loud and kids were screaming at times. The walls and doors are not quite at all. You can also hear the planes taking off being that this resort is so close to the airport. The staff is super nice. The part I didn't like was the fees outside of the resort fees. They charged us $14 just to bring up some extra toilet paper. With that being said, the massage we got there at the Spa was one of the best massages I have ever had. It is a beautiful resort overall. The pool is amazing! The beach there is not the nicest. There was a huge volleyball tournament there the whole time so we couldn't enjoy the beach much. Overall, not worth the money in our opinion being that there are a lot nicer resort options in this price range but it is a nice resort.

Very pretty resort with a beautiful pool, the grounds are nice and the rooms are super clean which I appreciated. The housekeeping staff was great and would deliver towels and other things to your room within 10 minutes of calling. Also, you can request a microwave to use for your stay if you need to reheat any leftovers. The staff at the was pretty helpful, my smaller complaints are that I wish the coffee station was open a little later until maybe 11 am and the pool waiters sometimes wouldn't walk by all of the pool chairs so I'd have to go up to the bar to order drinks or food. But overall, great resort at a good value near a few smaller restaurants and some food trucks and I felt comfortable and had a great time.

Generally it’s a nice property, great pool and hot tub areas but there is construction and it is noisy. The construction gets in the way of one of the restaurants. The beach is okay but the Mountain View is great.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights at the start of April 2024. We had a King Room, Pool View and we’re on the 3rd floor in the easternmost building. Cleanliness is huge for me, and this property and room was immaculate. The hotel room had flooring throughout (yay for no carpet when you’re packing sand around), and the bathroom was one of the largest I’ve seen in any standard hotel room with an awesome walk in shower. Staff with pleasant and very helpful. The view: phenomenal of the large pool area, with glimpses of the beach, waves and cruise ships parked out in front. The resort was gorgeous. Beautiful gardens, beautiful pool area. The food choices: a hotel restaurant that is poolside and open-air. We ate breakfast, dinner and had a nightcap here. Did not disappoint. There was also a patio dining option for coffee-shop style fair in the AM and sushi in the evening. A couple minutes walk along the beach path gets you to a beach bar, and beach side dining in the form of Italian and a surf and turf restaurant. Many food truck options just outside the property too. And only a couple minutes to the airport, so super convenient, and the sounds of waves crashing was louder than any planes. The planes did not disturb us in any way. Overall, one of the best properties I’ve stayed at.

This property was clean and the staff was attentive and polite. The beach near the property was perfect and the pool was nice. Our only complaint was the room we booked. We booked a pool view room but were stuck on the end and could only see the smallest sliver of the pool at best. Our balcony overlooked the staff driveway behind the scenes hauling trash etc. Not the end of the world, but when you save up for an expensive trip like this it is kind of irritating. We would stay here again if we could confirm the room prior to arrival.

Excellent facilities , clean, staff is helpful and understanding. We took our 6 years old to this place because we had great memories here. The pool is clean and warm, The room was at first level by the pool, and it was perfect for us and our son. Today we left with one only negative comment for this place- awful food. There are no efforts made for the present restaurants to offer anything different than fast food options. So I do not recommend stay more than 3-4 days. It is hard to feed a child all day with fast food options.

The resort is a great place for a family or couples vacation. Great location and wonderful service by the staff. Fabulous pool and great restaurants. What was bad. My wife and i have serious handicaps and have severe difficulty walking. There was no effort on the part of the management at all to help with a wheelchair. We were told it was " first come first serve" but they only had 1 or 2 wheelchairs. during our stay. To get to both restaurants was literally a 0.5-mile round trip walk. Unbearable. Though management said they were ADA compliant and architectural they are with ramps, etc. but for the guests they don't care at all. IF YOU HAVE A HANDICAP AVOID THIS RESORT UNTIL MANAGEMENT SHOWS SOME COMPASSION AND CONCERN FOR YOUR NEEDS.

Great central location to tour the entire Island but a car is definitely needed. Not much within walking distance for shopping or sightseeing.

The pool is beautiful and the grounds are well maintained and clean. The surrounding area is quiet. There is a small homeless encampment at the end of the beach. Fun to watch the beach volleyball and surfers. Convenient to the airport.

We had an absolute great time. Room was super clean when we arrived and the service was excellent. Only issue we had is how hard the staff tried to get us to upgrade our room to an ocean front room when we checked in. I felt pressured and was uncomfortable with their persistance.

The staff easily handled our early check-in - they held our bags and delivered to the room when ready - and gave us property privileges to use facilities and change food and beverages. Overall, a very satisfying customer vacation experience. Couldn’t be happier!!

Property was lovely. Parking is a bit of a walk and parking fees are expensive. The resort fees were expensive for what you got. These two added expenses added $500 to the cost of our week. IMO too much for resort fees!

Check in was so smoothly; great service felt very welcoming and all around a wonderful room. What a wonderful experience the people; the staff; the view was literally perfect the place is ran very smoothly clean pool is a must; and it’s local restaurants are a must try !!! Very pleasant staff. The restaurants are good and several lower price options are close by. It is very quiet in the rooms and the beach is excellent.

This is a great hotel just minutes from airport, with checkin all night, beautiful large grounds with massive pool next to beach, just minutes from shopping via footpath, multiple restaurants within walking distance, large free self park lot near building, clean/large rooms with comfy beds and balconies...and very pleasant/friendly staff!
