Rooms were nice. Comfortable. I would stay here again. Breakfast was nothing to count on. I’d plan going to IHOP or something else nearby.

Guests around me were incredibly load and obnoxious all evening, well past 1am. Multiple calls to the front desk with no resolution.

Two drawers were open and didn’t close. The ceiling had something disgusting marked on it. The bathroom was old and needed to be updated with grout and paint. The toilet was so low! I’m short and I still felt like I was a giant. Lighting was horrible. I couldn’t even see to put on my makeup properly. No fan in the bathroom. The sink was cracked. The walls were all marked throughout the hotel. The elevator was disgustingly dirty and I didn’t even want to touch the buttons, so we started using the stairs. We showed up a minute after breakfast the first day since we had no idea what time it was open. All the food was out and the lady was rude and wouldn’t let us have anything. On the third day, I asked why our room was never freshened up. We had no towels. I was informed they don’t clean the room if you don’t stay a week. We happened to be staying a week, so I have no idea what that meant. He did give us a few towels. I would never stay here again.

While we did enjoy our stay at the Wyndam Garden Inn we only had one problem, the heat/air conditioning didn't work very well so we had to change from one to the other and at times turn the unit totally off to be comfortable. Otherwise the room was very clean, comfortable and quiet and they serve a very nice breakfast as well! We will definitely be back to stay there and hopefully the heating problem in room 264 will be corrected by then.:) !!

Nice location to many different conveniences. Close to major highway to all easy access for mobility but did not effect noise level.

The inside pool was nice and warm. We were able to enjoy our time in the pool. Will note that website says they have a hot tub but they have removed the hot tub.

The entry to the hotel looked inviting and very clean. Definitely 5 stars for the remodel. The free breakfast was generous selections and really enjoyed the bar for a nightcap after the boat show. The room me nice and nice touch with the l lighted mirror, however, it wasn’t very bright. All in all, very accommodating and friendly staff, especially the bartender, we didn’t catch her name, but such a loyal employee!

The location is fine for the reasons we visit the area. The property is more than adequate. They have a sign on the front desk when you enter the building with a bunch of restrictions about the use of the pool. We don't swim at this location but I found it disappointing since we go to other locations where my grandchildren are located and spend some time together with them. And where available we have used the pool for some family time. I didn't care for the restrictions and probably would not use this location if I was spending time with any family in the area. The room next to ours was noisy. I wasn't feeling well and took meds to sleep, but was awakened several times by the noise. I was able to enjoy what sounded like an exciting film at 2:00 AM that was shared from the occupants of the room next door's TV. I guess I can't hold that against the property but there didn't seem to be that many occupants to where they could spread us out a bit to help with the noise between rooms.

What a wonderful place to stay! The hostess was super welcoming when we arrived and friendly. Our room was super clean and the bed was comfortable. The halls were quiet and the breakfast was good as well. We were impressed by how nice the hotel was overall.

We were very happy with our visit. The room was clean, the breakfast were very good, staff were knowledgeable and friendly. The only thing was wrong was the toilet, it ran all the time unless you played with the handle. The inner works needs replacing. That is reason for the 4 stars.

I stayed for 4 night, and on night 2 I put ~$75 worth of food in the room’s fridge only to open it on night 3 to find out the fridge wasn’t working so all the food went bad. I called the front desk to report it & was told they’d inform maintenance. I also asked if anything could be done since I had so much food that I was throwing away, and all I was told was that they’d let someone know
