I was not impressed with the condition of the property. It was in desperate need of some TLC. .There were lots of doors/walls that needed some paint. On the up-side, i thought the beds were very comfortable.

This property was horrible definitely not what the photos shows online. There was trash cans by tge front door and inside of the lobby area running over with trash. The elevator stayed down and we had to take the stairs to the 3 floor. There was additional charges pending on my account after fully paying through Expedia from the hotel itself and no one could explain the charges. This was a horrible experience.

ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES This property should be condemned. The entire building smells like mold. They cannot provide the rooms you book because over half of the hotel is unliveable. They ask for a $100 deposit for rooms with ROACHES.

The only working elevator is at the extreme back entrance, which is poorly lit and partially hidden by large shrubbery. I felt unsafe entering at night, but I needed access to an elevator.

it was coinvenient, it is an older one but pretty much upkept, at one time im sure it was excellent, dining, bar, and nice but years have took toll no more dining or bar but still have beautiful area and settings for it the staff was great , very accomating we did have to change rooms heat was stuck on 66 and it was cold so no problem they switched us without hassles i would stay there again thank you!

Awful The elevator was place out of order and my room was in the third floor. Room furniture is beaten up and the carpet is nasty dirty. Pillows fill lumpy. Best part was the "included breakfast", which was rotten bananas. a gallon of Fruit punch and milk from Walmart. Juice Dispenser machine wasn't work. No coffee or tea, you had to get that from the lobby which tasted so bad. And hot breakfast was white stale bread with not-so-appetizing- look scrambled egg and some smelly hot dog dipped in oil.

mostly good but missed on one point
Always a pretty good stay here. I've stayed many times for business. This time however housekeeping knocked on my door at 8:30am asking, "Are you checking out today?". Check out is at 11:00am and this seemed a bit aggressive. As I was wheeling my belongings out, the same housekeeping shouted from inside a room, "Are you gone sir?" Again, too aggressive. Front desk staff is always excellent.

The evening clerk was great, the breakfast was unsatisfying, the morning clerk was absent and when I had to have a key replaced (by the morning clerk) because my key didn’t work when I returned from breakfast, the 1st replacement didn’t work either. The place was disgusting! The sheets on the bed were not even changed! There was hair, makeup and gunk on the pillows and sheets! The room had not even been cleaned. Windows were filthy, curtain over the patio door looked like it had been slashed, the AC didn’t even work! I felt unsafe and checked out yesterday morning and had to find another hotel! Horrible place and I demand my money back

Never again
Front desk attendant was eating breakfast with crying baby behind desk. Not very friendly or helpful. Other staff did not speak or barely spoke english and were unable to assist. Not sure if it was guests or employees who were smoking pot at every door. The smell overtook the building, and they were at every entrance throughout my stay. Screaming and fighting in parking lot all night. Did not feel safe nor did I feel my vehicle was safe. I was there for post-op surgery stay. Was not a very comfortable visit. Mexican restaurant (at night) was amazing. Great food, great service.

Ac is very noisy. Front elevator is out of order and is not repaired. Refrigerator was making shocking noise periodically. Vanity cabinet was damaged. Desk side was damaged. Room entry door does not close properly, door closer is too weak to close door. Stairs for emergency exit are dirty. Breakfast has very limited choices.
