아파트형 숙소라 수건교체 안해줍니다. 대신 세탁기가 있으니 빨아서 쓰실수는 있습니다. 세제는 없으니 갖고가시거나 사서 쓰셔야하고요, 무료와이파이 쿠폰은 주는데 한번에 2시간 밖에 안됩니다. 여러장 받아서 쓰시면되고요, 숙소에서 실내화, 칫솔, 치약은 비치되어 있지 않으니 가지고 가셔요~~~

위치대비 가격좋은 편안한 호텔
아파트형태의 호텔로 로비는 작고, 리셉션이 열려있는 시간이 제한되어있지만 직원이 친절했다. 호텔에서 주는 시티맵도 유용했고, 프리트램존에 위치해있어 주요 시내를 돌아다니기엔 위치가 좋았다. 아파트형 호텔이라 청소는 1주일에 한번 기준으로 해준다고 하고, 세탁기가 있어 편하지만 수건도 내가 직접 빨아서 써야하는 불편함은 있었다. 주방이 있어 편리했다.

편안했던 아파트먼트
미니 주방과 세탁기, 건조기능까지 있어 굉장히 유용했습니다. 방 자체와 식기 건조기에서 약간의 냄새가 나긴 했지만 괜찮은 정도였습니다. 위치도 좋았습니다^^

퀸빅토리아 마켓과 가까운 숙소에요
멜번에서의 두번째 숙소였습니다. 위치는 퀸빅토리아 마켓과 아주 가까운 곳이었으나 야라강이나 유레카타워에서는 조금 떨어져 있습니다. 근처에 한인식당이 많아 비빔밥을 맛있게 사먹었어요. 방에는 조리도구가 구비되어있어 요리를 할 수 있었습니다.

- 시티, 퀸 빅토리아 마켓과 가까이 있고 큰 길에 위치해 있어 이동하기에 편리함. - 침구는 깔끔하나 쇼파는 조금 더러운 편(천으로 되어 있음) - 식기구는 간단한 음식해먹기에 부족함 없음. - 세탁기 건조기능까지 가능해 정말 좋았음. - 물 잘나오고 배수 잘됨.

시트가 매우 더러움..
사진만큼 아늑하고 괜찮은 아파트먼트였습니다. 아쉬웠던건 호텔에 비해 청소 추가요금을 50불씩 지불해야 한다는 것이었습니다. 또한 샴푸와 비누 수건 등도 모두 5일 숙박에 한번씩 밖에 지급되지 않았습니다. 가장 놀라웠던 건 흰색의 깨끗한 겉시트 안에 각종 오물과 얼룩이 묻은 누런시트가 자리하고 있었던 것이었습니다. 겉시트는 묶을 수도 없게 되어있어 움직이기 때문에 안쪽의 더러운 시트가 몸에 닿지 않도록 항상 조심해야 했습니다. 그러나 깔끔하고 정리된 로비와 시설, 호텔의 위치는 좋았습니다

이틀 묶었는데 아주 만족했어요 시티가 작아 대부분 걸어다닐 만하고 작지만 깔끔 인터넷을 돈을(22불/1일) 내야해서 좀 ㅎㅎ

I was disappointed that we did not have a balcony or city view. We looked out at a large grubby shade cloth …below it looked as though it may have been a courtyard but there were old blankets and soaps (or something?) on the ground- we could see outside because a window was wide open (possibly to let out possible cigarette smell in room?) that didn’t have any fly wire screen. Room not at all like picture.

Horrible experience. Pay a few dollars more and stay someplace else. Location = “perfect” but that’s it. I convinced myself at all their prior poor reviews wouldn’t pertain to me. But I was wrong. Units are wore and tired. Pics are more flattering than in person. Property claimed to have laundry. Listed as an amenity and Showed pictures of in-unit laundry on their Expedia ad. I arrive to a studio with no laundry. No laundry available in the entire building. Front desk staff was very short with me and said I had no option but to stay “as is” or cancel the reservation. This was at 6 o’clock in the evening. They told me that they do not guarantee laundry with every unit but “They try.” The front desk staff does the bare minimum. When I initially called the front desk about the laundry situation, they said they would call me back shortly. I waited 45 minutes and then went down to reception in person. The gentleman told me I had an international phone number and he didn’t know how to call me. However, he confirmed my phone number at check-in with the country code. The linens were stained with blood or some other dark substance. Both the showerhead and the bathroom sink nozzles sprayed in various directions. The room could use a deep cleaning. Bedside tables were obviously damaged prior and glued back together. The list could go on….. The price is attractive but don’t be fooled.

The deposit was just a security hold, not a purchase, which would show as a pending transaction on your account and once we release it, then it will disapper as a pending transaction on your account.

The property had an instant unpleasant smell that did not got away throughout the extent of the stay. My husband and I even kept the window open the whole time. There was blood on the blankets and pillows too.

Well situated ,reception was supposed to be open Sundays but not open sign on reception door closed Sunday so couldn't check out. Paid $100 deposit in case of of damage, but I couldn't get deposit back as reception closed on checkout on Sunday. Poor service.

We arrived early, cold and wet, were told that we couldn't get a room before 2pm. We asked for somewhere to get changed but were totally ignored, so had to change in the front office. We asked at that time if check in was complete and this was confirmed. We arrive back after 2pm only to find out that we had to check in, with the Manager not being able to complete this and having to get instructions from two other people. Once completed we were informed that we had to wait to be taken in "as everybody is on lunch". Fortunately we didn't have to wait long. Room was OK, however a little run down with a broken toilet seat, but for one night it was fine.

Location is central but noisy. Inside is cheaply done and amenities were poor, eg kettle doesn’t reach plug, no toaster or hairdryer (but they did get me a hairdryer the next day after asking), one spoon and fork no knife, rock hard pillows. Stay for location and price only.

The apartments are located very centrally in Melbourne, with Bourke Street and laneways within walking distance. Reception isn't open on Sundays so we were unable to leave our bags after checking out, which we would have been able to do at a hotel. The room was spacious with all amenities, including a washing machine, iron and kitchen. There was a small balcony as well but it was quite loud as it overlooked Elizabeth Street - but this was to be expected from a CBD location. Overall, I was happy with the room as it had everything we needed.

Looks much better in the pictures. As a very small space with no access to staff after 8 pm. Was decent for our two night stay but wound definitely pick something nicer for our next stay. The area was also not the best, lots of homeless around and the crowded area of china town had lots of noise on streets during the night.

So close to the cbc it's perfect location. Beds were hard but apart from that awesome. This is the second time I have stayed there so return customer!
