가격, 위치, 호텔 상태 및 서비스 모든 면에서 만족합니다. 탁심 이스티커랄거리와 인접해 있어 탐심은 물론 주변지역으로의 이동이 아주 편리했습니다. 또한 객실의 크기가 매우 커서 아주 편안하게 머물다 돌아왔습니다. 친절한 스텝들의 응대도 늘 기분좋았습니다.

good new hotel
Room was clean. Lobby was good as photo. They have some books and lent me during my stay. Breakfast was vary nice and I sew they prepread a feeding chair for a babe. Chair was vary nice. I thought they prepared well. I remember one toddler was sitten on a chair for adult in a famous chochorate branded tea room in paris. vary comparative.

Lovely hotel but poor check in
The hotel is well located siper comfortable mattress and bedding. I enjoyed the sauna and the pool My check in was long and tedious with a young member of staff at the desk who seemed very distracted by a woman who arrived and took his total attention, although he had been aytending to me. No apology.

Soğuk odada bekletildik.
Odamızdaki klima çalışmadığı için oda değişikliği ya da çıkış yapma talebinde bulunduk. Resepsiyondaki beyfendi sanırım fazla alkolün etkisi ile algılamakta sorun yaşadı, arıza oldugunu yarım saat içinde çalışacağını söyledi, buna rağmen yaklaşık 1 saat odada soğukta düzelmesini bekledik. Dışarısı daha sıcaktı. Koridorlar sıcacıkken odamızdaki klimanın birazdan düzeleceğini söylemeleri enterasan geldi. Tekrar aradıgımızda odanızı değiştireceğiz birini yönlendiriyoruz diyip yarım saatten fazla birinin gelmesini bekledik. Ve bu süreçte resepsiyonu 5-6 kere aradık. Odadan çıkmamız gerektiğini, acelemiz oldugunu söylememize rağmen bekletmeye devam ettiler. Bir gece için 2 bin tl verip ışık görmeyen , camın zorla açıldığı odayı bize uygun görmüşlerdi. Sonunda gelip odamızı değiştirdiler, gittiğimiz oda pis ve bakımsız olup 2 tane tekli yatağın birleşmesiyle çift kişilik yatak haline getirmişler. Verdiğimiz para ile rezil olduk, açıkcası yorumlar ve bölgeye göre daha nezih görünmesi sebebi ile tercih etmiştim. Bir daha yolum düşmez.

Stayed here 2 days and always had to ask the front desk personnel to open my hotel room door everytime I needed back into my room. This was not ideal

J'ai récemment séjourné dans cet hôtel et je tiens à souligner l'accueil très agréable, en particulier de Mehmet et des vigiles qui veillent jour et nuit. Cependant, je suis déçu par l'état de la maintenance. Avant notre arrivée, nous étions impatients de profiter de la piscine intérieure, mais quelle déception de la trouver inaccessible, et ce même après une semaine. On nous a informés que cela prendrait 10 jours, information qui aurait dû être communiquée avant notre séjour. En ce qui concerne l'option petit déjeuner, il y a lieu d'améliorer. Chaque jour, les mêmes choix sont proposés, sans aucune variété dans les fruits, toujours de la pastèque par exemple, et des ingrédients limités. La qualité du pain et des viennoiseries pourrait également être meilleure et ça mérite un jus d’orange frais et non industriel avec énormément de colorants.Cependant, je n'ai rien à redire quant à la propreté et à l'entretien quotidien des chambres. Les femmes de ménage sont souriantes et à l'écoute, ce qui est très appréciable et pour finir il faudrait un coup de rafraîchissement sur l’état des murs et des mobiliers que ça soit dans les chambres ou dans les parties communes. En résumé, l'accueil et le service de sécurité sont des points forts de cet hôtel, mais des efforts doivent être faits concernant la maintenance et l'offre du petit déjeuner. La propreté et l'entretien des chambres sont excellents.

No funcionaba la alberca, ni el Spa, que fue la principal de la razón por la que reservé en ese hotel. Ninguno de los empleados sabía lo que pasaba y no hicieron nada por tratar de reponer el servicio en otro lugar. El cuarto sucio y con las cortinas rotas... ! Sólo la hubicacion valió la pena...

Très agréable
3 jours agréables. Les chambres sont propres et les lits confortables. Le petit déjeuner est assez varié. La piscine est agréable et le sauna également. L’accueil, notamment dans l’espace piscine et la salle de sport est très bien. Dommage, le jacuzzi était en maintenance. L’hôtel est très bien placé.

I found all the staff to be excellent, friendly, helpful and willing to make your stay pleasurable. The chefs were great and fun. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Thank you all for making my experience of Istanbul better than I could dream of.

Das deluxe Zimmer war schön eingerichtet und gross. Hatten es im 7 Stock auf der Seite der Botschaft. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt. Zu Fuss vieles erreichbar. Im Spa Bereich hatten wir die beste Massage seit langem. Das Frühstücksbüffet wäre noch ausbaufähig.
