Close to the Basilica which made it a a perfect location, helps as we were there for hours on end. All was decent, clean and comfortable, I recommend it for this reason.

It was close to everything but the photos were not an accurate representation of the hotel. It is quite old and musty. It is still very clean, however. The bathtubs are slippery and dangerous.

We requested cleaning staff return in15 mins on one occasion or when convenient, as i was in the shower. We realised language might be a barrier, so also asked reception to pass on message. They said they would, when we returned in the evening the cleaning had not been done. We were unable to open safe on our last night with our code, tried to phone reception but phones turned off. Got dressed and went down to reception( needed our passports etc) as we were leaving early in the morning. The night porter was very nice but unable to help as he didn't know where master key was, a couple off hours later he found it and opened the safe. This saga went on from around midnight to 2 or 3 a.m. Needless to say it was a very stressful situation.

Bugs in bed (had to ask for another room, not one word from staff about it, like “sorry”, for instance). In general, outdated property in need of renovation, but perfectly located a few steps away from main landmarks.

The hotel is very good for the area of Lourdes it represent a very good rating for the standards of the city . The location is excellent for a religious visit . The staff is very courteous and efficient.

Booked a deluxe double with a balcony, checked in with staff that clearly couldn’t be bothered. On entering the room it clearly wasn’t a deluxe double, no balcony and a very small room, so on the way out I queried it, they insisted it was deluxe so I showed them what their website states is a deluxe and what you get in your room, we had nothing ! When we returned we realized we’d been given a coffee machine, ( it was filthy ) anyway I decided to let it go and enjoy our time there, I went to reception to buy the pods for the machine to be told I need to go to the bar to purchase them, get to the bar to be told reception has them ! Eventually after a few huffs and puffs they bring out a box of pods which is advertised all over the hotel as €12 I was charged €16. By this time I was over it and just paid. The housekeeping was barely existent, after 3 days we realized the sink was leaking and so was the toilet, I just cleaned them myself as I just didn’t have the energy to deal with the rude reception. On the plus side, the day we checked out the staff had changed and was very friendly.

Propreté à améliorer : -poubelle et plateau de café non vidés le premier jour. Il a fallu que je mette le plateau de gobelets usagés et sachets de thés utilisés sur le pouf près de la porte pour que ce soit vidé. -le sol de l'ascenseur ainsi que le sol devant le buffet du petit déjeuner était "collants" et sales chaque matin -nous avons voulu prendre un rafraichissement dans le hall de l'hôtel : personne au bar pour venir nous servir, et bouteille de soda retrouvée par terre, bière sur la table non retirée... Ça ne donne pas envie de se poser. - présence de personnes au comportement et a la tenue totalement choquants et innappropriés aux lieux. Ils étaient venus à plusieurs et occupaient plusieurs chambres a côté de nous. Ils vivaient les portes ouvertes et les enfants couraient de chambres en chambres, mettaient des gâteaux partout, les portes claquaient toute la nuit et nous a empêché de dormir. Seul point positif, la personne de l'accueil nous a proposé de changer de chambre pour notre dernière nuit, car elle nous a confirmé que ces personnes étaient 'black listés " et que plusieurs autres personnes s'en étaient plaint également.

Awful breakfast one of the worst I had serving old bread, some staff don't speak English at all and are not helpful, doesn't remotely look like a 4* hotel

Negatives- Rooms felt small and claustrophobic. Also decor was out dated. Positives -Staff was super nice. Not too far from the Lourdes sanctuary.

hôtel agréable mais...
Hôtel confortable très bien situé à proximité du sanctuaire. Cependant nous avons été confrontés à des problèmes comptables relatifs au paiement de la pension; d'abord chambre facturée deux fois par erreur puis deux nouvelles erreurs sur le prix total de nos repas. Rien ne correspondait ; difficultés avec le personnel à ce sujet et impression désagréable de vouloir frauder. le directeur de l'établissement ne voulait rien entendre. Nous avons rencontré le propriétaire de l'établissement qui, très à l'écoute de nos difficultés nous a fait un geste sur les consommations veillant personnellement à notre confort pour la suite du séjour.

I originally booked this property because of its location and the shuttle service it offered through Expedia. I called the day before my arrival and spoke to someone at front desk to arrange for the shuttle service and I was told it would be there waiting for us. Once we arrived at the airport, the surprise was that the hotel does not offer the shuttle service, and we had to wait over an hour for a taxi that we called to pick us, in the middle of the night, after the airport had closed on us, and we had to pay €150. Not a pleasant experience at this hotel, I would not stay here again.

Buenos dias Henry, en primer lugar lamentamos su experiencia en el aeropuerto. Como le dijimos por telefono, el hotel no ofrece el servicio de transporte; en cambio llamamos a un taxi para que fuera a recogerle. Tenia que haber reclamado a Expedia el traslado del aeropuerto hasta el hotel ya que son ellos los que ofrecen este servicio..Por otro lado, esperamos que su estancia en el hotel haya sido de su agrado y si fuera asi, rogamos que reconsidere su puntuacion. Por ultimo, les aconsejamos que no reserven a traves de intermediarios sino directamente ya que cuando surgen problemas, es muy dificl que ellos lo sulucionen. Muchas gracias de nuevo. La direccion

Lille ok hotel. Personaler er søde og hælpsom. Værelset som vi boede i (94) var ret lille. Der er ingen køleskab. Rengøring er lidt dårligt, og vi fik ikke nye badehåndklæder i de 3 dage, vi boede der.

Nice friendly staff, the folks who ran the breakfast and the bar were wonderful, Bruno is the man who knows everything about Lourdes. Would've been nice if they left shampoo daily, needed to call that in regularly. Also, we should have been told that free parking was available a few blocks away, instead of paying the meter daily.

Muy cerca del Santuario, excelente ubicacion. Silo 2 minutos a pie. Personal muy amable. Habitacion muy amplia. El baño tiene una bañera hermosa pero muy alta. Dificil para entrar o salir para un adulto mayor. El desayuno regular. Super recomendado.

The main attraction of this area, the grotto at Lourdes is very close to the hotel location. After a bit of searching for a back route into the hotel because the main roads in were closed, we found the hotel and there was plenty of parking nearby.
