Great quiet B&B on the Coast. The owner is just phenomenal, very welcoming, and personable. We had the room with the tub. Relaxing sitting in it, watching the coastline and the birds.

Highly recommended
Everything was amazing. I will definitely be going back to stay here at the Campbell house. The host are super friendly and made us feel like family. The location is off the beaten path and in a really nice quiet location.

This is a bed and breakfast setting with cheerful hosts and friendly guests. The large grassy dunes and the eagle perches and sitings were the most unique items.

Beautiful Site on the Beach
The view from our room was amazing and we enjoyed an outstanding sunset. The B&B includes a private trail to the beach. In the morning, there was an American Bald Eagle perched about 50 yards from our window. It was very memorable. And Peter's breakfast was both varied and delicious.

Peter and Jo were gracious hosts. Their home is warm and inviting and just steps from the beach on their own duneland trail! The views from the master bedroom are heavenly and if I lived there I would honestly have a hard time leaving that room! Peter roasts his own coffee beans and made some spectacular shrimp breakfast burritos that kept us full for hours after. We only stayed for one night for our 16th anniversary but it felt much longer. We will definitely find a way to return. Thank you Peter and Jo- you're awesome!

We enjoyed the private accommodations, view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. Our hosts were the perfect combination of present and unobtrusive. The breakfast was ample and well prepared. Lovely!

Great Getaway
Loved having a view of the open water and the constant change of sky along with being able to hear the waves breaking all night long. Peter loves to cook and the breakfasts are delectable. It's off the main drag so it is also quiet and secluded. Very nice place.

Relaxing trip with amazing breakfast at the beach
We had a great stay. Our room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The hosts were amazing and made you feel like you were with friends. The breakfast was delicious and we were impressed. Quiet B&B is a great place to reconnect
We’ve stayed at Campbell House twice and loved it each time. The proprietors are wonderful and treat guests like dear family friends. The beach is so close, town is a short drive away, breakfast is always tasty and plentiful. And sometimes you can see an eagle from your bedroom window!

Extremely clean. Those with pet allergies should note the owners have cats and dogs that are allowed in the house. Food was great and food allergies were noted. Very good help in discovering local places to see, dine and experience. Highly recommended.

Homey Beach House at Klipsan Beach
Place was great! Private B&B with unique access to the beach. Great view of the Ocean. Host was more the accommodating and provided the best breakfast in all of long beach. Long Beach is not the most Bustling beach town, especially in the off season. If you are looking for a place to unplug and take a break from the daily race, this is the place to be.

Beautiful inn; wonderful breakfast!
We celebrated my birthday with a two night stay at Campbell House. We were delighted with the owner and the beautiful inn! Our host and housemates were so delightful. Peter created a wonderful atmosphere with his great personality and comfortable home. It was great to be able to relax and get to know each other. And Peter's breakfasts were phenomenal!! We will be coming back!

Great place to unwind, relax and enjoy the coast!
We decided to have a last minute stay in southern Washington and were so glad we found this place, we hope to return soon! The owner was helpful and hospitable, the breakfast was fresh, delicious and was perfect after the amazing coffee on the beach a moment earlier. The location itself is perfect for enjoying nearby Long Beach yet you have great privacy and unspoiled beach access, we slept comfortably listening to the ocean. The host made sure we had everything, new lots about the area and took care and pride in the place. This stay was a highlight of our honeymoon and we look forward to a return trip!

Great host. Got up way to early in the morning to fix wife and I breakfast when we had to leave to catch red-eye. Above and beyond. House is clean with great access to lonely beach. Host is a great cook. Have to travel a little ways to find restaurants etc, but seclusion was a high point.

Decent one night stay.
No disclosure about pets living at the house in the description. Was told about a cat but not three dogs. Had to find out on my own in an uncomfortable situation. Bed was uncomfortable (sunk in) and smelled of cat as there were scratches in on the bed posts. Proximity to the beach was fabulous and the owners added a balcony to the master bedroom which was pleasant. View from the room was spectacular. Little things bothered me about our stay but overall it was a good experience.

Our first B&B
I cannot recommend Campbell house enough! This was our first experience staying at a bed and breakfast and it was wonderful! Thank you Pete & Jo! Beautiful view, and path to walk to the beach. Our hosts were wonderful, and Pete cooked us a super tasty breakfast in the morning. We stayed in Andrea's room, the bed was super comfortable with a view of the ocean. :)

Peter & Jo were wonderful hosts. We arrived late and Peter greeted us and showed us to our room. Very comfortable bed. Cozy room. The next morning breakfast was great. I would stay here again.

A wonderful B&B that makes breakfast wonderful!
Peter and Jo are there to welcome you and have paid attention to every detail of ambiance and comfort and knowledge of the area. We had a wonderful two night stay. The walk along the Southwest Washington ocean front adds to the magic! We look forward to returning.

We stayed in Christopher's room and it had a wonderful view of the beach and Pacific Ocean when lying in bed. The breakfast was delicious and very European especially the breakfast calzone. The hosts were delightful. Great place to stay.

Relax on the beach!
We lucked into staying at the Campbell House during the International Kite Festival last weekend. We had forgotten to find a hotel and stumbled upon this bed and breakfast. It was cozy, relaxed, and felt like staying at a friend's house. Jo and Peter are fantastic hosts, happy to share tips about visiting local attractions. We had delicious breakfast and plenty of coffee each morning. Peter easily accommodated dietary restrictions. The house, which was a family home, is a quick, 0.1mile walk to the beach, which was pretty empty while we were there. Definitely looking forward to going back!
