Buena experiencia
La estadía en Borde Noi ha sido súper buena. Pieza bonita, amplia, totalmente equipada, baño en condiciones excelente de limpieza. El calefactor que había no abrigaba lo que esperábamos, y eso que estaba al máximo, pero es un detalle.

Very friendly stuff. Due to a bank holiday no restaurant was open in the evening, so they prepared sandwiches for us. Very near to the airport.

The location is not very convenient. Staffs don't speak much English but were helpful. Room service the Cesar salad was surprisingly way too salty as Chilean food are quite blend. Reception promised to call taxi to airport was 5000 pesos ended up driver asked for 7000 pesos.

Great hotel if weren't for the music
This was a beautiful hotel. The rooms are nicely decorated and good size with a nice sofa and lovely comfy bed. The staff were very helpful. Although the resuarant is pricey rooms service is good and cheaper. The downside for the night (a Saturday) I stayed was the loud music that made it impossible to sleep until it finished at around 2am.

Comfortable Hotel with Exceptional Service
The service at the front desk was exceptional. I arrived when the restaurant in the hotel was closed. But the front desk not only ordered delivery for me (as I don't speak Spanish) but also get me plates, utensils, and cups to enjoy my food and drinks.

Best affordable hotel ever
Loved it! So quiet. The bedding is luxurious. Slept so well. Amenities in nice bath included razors and toothbrushes! Dinner was delicious. Breakfast buffet was ample. Would stay again!

Really cute hotel, with an amazing breakfast! Room was clean, comfortable and quite. It's a 10 min cab out of town but that suited us well. There are also a couple of restaurants near by (though the one on site was overpriced and the food not great I thought).

Great hotel in Calama
Stopped there on the way to San Pedro and it was worth it. Good quality price ratio (better than in San Pedro). All as advertised. Friendly staff, Good internet. The hotel restaurant is expensive but the food was high quality.

Nice short stay in a pleasant hotel. The hotel staff went over and beyond to accommodate my need for transport when the taxi, which had been ordered did not arrive. I was very grateful for them to drive me personally to my appointment.

Hotel confortável, com bela arquitetura típica de região desértica. Afastado do centro de Calama, possui bom restaurante próprio com vinhos caros. Nas proximidades um bom restaurante de comida peruana. Limpeza diária bem feita e bom café da manhã.

Not a good choice.
This is a beautiful property with excellent food and very comfortable rooms. However, in the room behind us was a couple who were making an extreme amount of noise starting at about 8 PM with loud talking, banging on the walls and bed and what sounded like high heeled shoes on a tile floor. The noise continued until past 2 AM. We first contacted the night manager about 11 PM and asked if he would call the occupants and ask them to quiet down. The noise continued. At first it sounded like people outside our room but we traced the source to the room behind us. My husband finally went to the front desk and asked if he would do something about the situation. His proposed solution was that we should pack up our belongings at 2 AM and move to another room. Of course that was totally unacceptable. Although the rest of the staff were pleasant and helpful if you have a problem after hours don’t expect a reasonable solution.

Noi Borde Loa is a lovely hotel on the outskirts of Calama. For us it was perfect for visiting San Pedro de Atacama on a day trip by car because it's exactly on the right side of town to get quickly underway. The staff were very anxious to ensure everything went well with our stay. The restaurant is very good.

Nice and comfortable hotel for a business or airport pre-departure. It’s clean, modern with nice amenities. As it is located in the surburbs it is important that the restaurant is open and you can have dinner there. Otherwise going to town may be a bit of a hassle. Big breakfasts, can be happily served in your room upon request. Very efficient reception service.

Excellent hotel, outer location
Big, comfortable and stylish room in modern-style hotel at edge of Calama by the river. Nice bar, attractive restaurant where it's best to stick to the simple dishes. Not much of a neighborhood, kind of industrial, but the upside is you're very near the airport. Staff very nice and helpful, however important to be able to speak some Spanish here.

Next to the river the Calama best kept secret
Good design of the interiors and the property at all. I really like that small boutique like hotel in the nowhere at Calama. We enjoy and relax. The chieff was ver good and remember ud about the food experience while travelling in Chile. And the price goven via Hotels.com was excellent!

Stop en route to San Pedro
This hotel provided an excellent stop for us between Arica and San Pedro. It is excellently located on the edge of Calama with spacious car parking. It provides very good restaurant where we enjoyed an excellent evening meal. The only downside was a slight altercation with the credit card machine where the staff were unsure as to whether they had charged us USD93 or USD 9300!
