With our property being so small and not having an elevator that does make things a little bit harder. Hi Hilda,Good Morning.I want to deeply apologize for your experience with your stay. When we learned that our hot water heater went out our goal was to ensure our guests had a hot shower in the morning. We should have communicated better and still offered our guests that relocated to Four Seasons full amenities of hot tub, breakfast, guest laundry and fitness center at Quality Inn. Again I am very sorry for all the inconvenience we have caused and we are working quickly to get the new hot water heater installed.

Hi Mr. Smibert.I looked into your reservation, and I do remember speaking with you. I understand you were having car trouble and had to stay at a hotel in the next town over. Housekeeping service is not provided every day to stayover guests unless requested. We service every 3rd day as choice hotels requires.
