Sorry Kathy, We had a pipe break over the Christmas cold front. We have been working hard to get rooms ready that booked and explained to as many as we could about the incident. Hopefully you come again later in the year or in the future as we are very happy with the results.

We do give out kleenex upon request same with extra toilet paper. We removed the phones years ago since most guests if not all have cell phones to contact friends and family.

HI Rodney, Our pool does not open until 10 am on weekends and 11 during the week, so not sure were the music was coming but we did not turn it on. As far as the floors, they are mopped before your arrival, if you did not take off your shoes, like at home, you might have tracked in dirt from outside and or it was on your luggage wheels, which is out of our control. All hotels are going with a top sheet for beds, we do have blankets upon request.

Hi David, Glad you enjoyed your stay for the most part. It is very hard to keep the floors clean when guests wheel in their luggage and come in from outside without taking their shoes off at the door, like at home, each time

Hi Valerie, Sorry you had a hard time finding a parking space when you were here. We actually own from one road to the next where it is black topped. So yes, very limited parking but there is some on a first come first serve basis with ones that are for golf carts as well.

Sorry you were disappointed with your stay. Yes it is very humid on the island at times and with people coming and going from the room, probably more then if they were at home it does make it more humid inside the rooms. The same with floors, guests do not take off there shoes when they enter the rooms every time, so they are tracking the dirt from outside in. I will check the faucet for the leak as we were not told about that issue. Thank you.

We got rid of the carpet as it was so stained smelly from spills and switched to tile and wood, now with guests not taking off there shoes after coming in and out a few times and luggage that has wheels the floors get dirty and of course complaints. Please let us know how you clean your hardwood floors and tile so we can try something new. The scrub mops we bought this year all broke after multiple uses.

Sorry you were placed in the wrong room when booking online and we were sold out and could not move you to a different room. Please call us next time so that we can make possible changes.

Sorry your bed was comfortable, we will look into it. The air conditioner was replaced.

Sorry you had troubles with parking, we actually state when people call that it is a small island and there is very little parking anywhere on the island. I will check on the water pressure for the room you were in and see if there is an issue.
