This hotel is cozy and nice. Staffs are so kind and room is very clean. Location is nice too. But it’s very small hotel so you don’t have expect those services of big hotels. But considering it’s Rome, it is so nice hotel.

Die Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Das einzige, was mich gestört hat, war die Tatsache, dass unser Zimmer in einem Nebenhaus war.

I have never left a review of a hotel but our stay here was so wonderful, I just had to. We stayed there this past weekend. Rosa was there when we checked in. She was so kind and extremely helpful with all our questions. The room and bathroom were very modern and extremely clean. It was in a perfect location, walking distance to many major tourist spots. The young woman who was there the next morning at the front desk was also very nice and made sure we had everything we needed at breakfast. We fell in love with Rome and decided we would stay here again if we came back.

Staff where absolutely lovely, friendly, helpful and very professional. Breakfast and our room was great and especially the bed in which it was super comfortable.

Lovely spot overlooking the River Tiber with a first floor balony. The location is very central and within easy walking distance to the historic centre and also to the Vatican. The staff were extremely helpful and considerate. The room was immaculate and cleanly presented. Breakfast was included and was generous enough to keep us going on our walks in the morning in the city. The only slight negative would be that there is a very busy road between the hotel and the river, however the room was quite because there is a metal roller shutter and two sets of balcony doors that shuts off all of the traffic noise. We are very happy to have found this place and would book it again in the future.

The hotel was small and modern and we overall we enjoyed out stay. Howeoveor, If you have mobility issues, this hotel will be a challenge as there are numerous steps to enter the facility and to go down to the breakfast room. No elevator that we observed. Breakfast was at 7:30 am which wasn't convenient for us as our tours started at 8:00 am and then our taxi for the airport picked us up at that time as most interational flights lealve in the morning. You can ask for an early breakfast, but it is given grudgingly.

The hotel is very well located being only 10-15 min walk from most of the major sights. The room, despite facing the main road, was super quiet thanks to triple glazing and bed extremely comfortable. Breakfast was also good. In terms of improvements, there is no lift that we could see, so so going downstairs for breakfast could be tricky for those with limited mobility. In addition, the 3pm check-in is a bit late in this day and age, especially as they were fairly strict about the 11am check-out. Overall, however, the hotel was great and we would stay there again.

Spotless and location was great!! Very safe...gate to buzz you into the courtyard to the hotel door. Lovely breakfast. Large spotless room with lots of closet space. Big bathroom with great shower!

We loved this place! It’s so quiet, but yet you can open the double layered doors to the balcony we had upgraded to looking out over the busy road onto the Tiber River and experience how busy this city is! When you shut the two layovers of doors it is totally quiet. It’s about a 15 minute walk or less to every attraction, and there are many places to eat so it was a perfect location. There were lots of choices at breakfast to start your day with. The staff are fabulous too. If we ever come to Rome again we will definitely stay here

We had a nice stay at the Augustana house. Staff is extremely accommodating and pleasant And made us feel welcomed. Area is great for walking to all attractions within 30 mins. We would definitely recommend this hotel

Great location. Friendly staff. Nice a/c. Large bed. Could use more simple amenities like tissues in the room and an extra roll of toilet paper. Also nothing in the mini bar but one beer our entire stay (and we don’t drink beer). Breakfast was not great.

Piccolo albergo con 6 stanze. Siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti! Le camere sono in ottima condizione, pulite, ordinate, spaziose e invitanti. Personale attento e disponibile. La colazione era inclusa e, pur essendo un hotel piccolo, cera una scelta variata. Situato al Lungotevere, posizione ottima per raggiungere il Foro Romano ed il Colosseo camminando in soli 10 minuti. Ritorneremo!
