Hotel is in a safe and quiet place. You can reach a beach by only 30 seconds of walk from the hotel. Staff was nice, our room was in good condition. We were in first floor, if you can stay in upper floors you can have a better view.

Good hotel close to beach, tram and airport bus
Hotel has a very good location - very close to beach, tram and airport bus. Room is quite big with balcony. Negative moments - TV and fridge in room were not working (Actually I didn't need it). Breakfast was rich - only a bit strange that only instant cofee was available from cofee machine

The cleanliness of this property is not very great. Carpet hallways worn out and filthy, many items in the rooms are broken, mattresses are old, pool was dirty. The best item in the ho9t3el was the wait staff at the pool bar. Wouldn’t suggest this hotel at all.

Clean but extremely noisy location
Nice enough hotel but the noise from the highway, which is pretty much a race track every evening, was just unbearable. Even with all the windows and balcony doors fully shut. 3 star hotel at best, but noise makes it one to avoid. Unbelievably loud.

We loved the beach and tram access. The staff was very nice and the pool was awesome. If we go back, we'll probably try to get a water view room. The street side is pretty loud at night due to motorbike racing until the wee hours of the morning.

The Palace is a great hotel to stay as it is on the beach with a nice pool and the rooms were great. We stayed 3 nights and the kids really enjoyed their time there. The bar and staff were excellent and we will definitely return in the future. It’s also in a great location where you can get into center city Athens rather easily and travel to the beaches with the tram that runs every 17-20 minutes.

All was perfect. Clean, beautiful view, easy parking around the hotel, the beach distance to 1 minute, great pool. The breakfast and snacks really tasty. A minor concern of us was when we tried to turn on the AC, we couldnt figure it out because there was not any clear button on the wall command. We didnt have the time to ask the staff how did it work but we are sure that they would serve us properly if they knew. So the only thing we could recommend is for the hotel to make easier the use of Air Conditioning system in the rooom. Thank you for your service!!! We will definitely visit again.

Excellent hotel, very clean, convenient location, easy to get around. Tram station is a 1 minute walk. Alex is wonderful, always with a smile and great attitude. We will definitely come back.

Great value for your money. What I liked the most was The Tram 🚈 The stop was around the corner where you can go to The Harbor “Piraeus” or Down Town “Athens” with a change in Stations. Fantastic and Convenient.

The Hotel is beautiful. It is in an upscale area in Greece facing the beach. The Hotel had an amazing breakfast. I loved everything about it. The front staff crew is amazing. They are all so polite they made our stay unforgettable. The entire staff is lovely. They go above and beyond to make their guests happy! God bless them all. They made my Birthday the best ever! They even arranged to get a special cake for me. I will cherish it for the rest of my life and have a special place in my heart.
