The property was very loud, it had thin walls and heavy doors so anytime a door was closed, it slammed and shook my room. The guests were also very noisy. Also, some advice for checking guests in, it’s proper protocol to not say the room number out loud when someone is checking in.

The place was overall fine. The TV didn’t work which would have been an issue if we were there longer. The person working the counter took like 10 minutes to show up which was a little annoying since we just drove nine hours. But the place was clean and quiet so I’d stay there again

Old and run down. Bad service from staff. Low quality breakfast with no proteins. Even the coffee pot was empty most of the time due to poor level of care for guests.

Water pressure is low, two nights had to get the clerk to tell the room above us to srop making so much noise. Clerks are friendly

The check-in was good, the room was clean, and the bed comfortable. However, a new pair of men's pajamas was left hanging on the bathroom door. We discovered this when we got to our destination and called to report it. Unfortunately, when we stopped 5 days later the pajamas had mysteriously disappeared and we didn't get them back! Someone got a nice pair of pajamas.

Walked into the room and it smelled musty. Checked the AC unit and there was mold all over in it. There was a window that could open and had it airing out for a bit but didn't help much. There was no battery in the smoke detector in the room, and there was a tear in one of the curtains. The metal bedframes were squeaky compared to other hotels that had the solid wood frames. And curtain rod in bathroom was on the verge of coming off the wall. One small tug on the curtain and it would be falling.

First and Last Time Staying There!!
Toilet plugged up and they gave my husband a plunger!! Shower and sink drains didn’t work. Had to take a shower in ankle deep water. Rooms are musty smelling.

We booked a king accessible room and because requested it before we got there at 7pm they gave it away and we ended up in a very small double bed room my mobility scooter barely fit, found hairs in the beds stains on the blankets and sheets

We checked in late, I specifically asked if I had requested a no smoking room. Clerk says “all rooms are non smoking” Well we got onto the room and despite what we were told it REEKED of old smoke. We were so tired and had already brought in a lot of luggage so we didn’t report it. I could hardly sleep for the smell..just awful

Front Desk gave strangers a key to my room
Hotel was cleaner and more comfortable than expected. BUT, the front desk gave total strangers a key to my room and they walked in on me completely naked with my boyfriend. Total apology from the front desk was "Sorry." Honestly, I'm glad that I was there because otherwise total strangers would have had full access to all my unattended belongings. Utter fail.

The beds slept great and the air worked. The bathtub was dirty looking but it could have just been stained. Other than the bathroom, I can’t complain because the price was reasonable. The front desk manager was accommodating.

VERY DISAPPOINTING
had 2 adjacent rooms. Door would not open on one room. Housekeeping had to use wire to open. That room could only use door on other room. Microwave caught on fire. Tried to call front desk and phone did not work. Used phone in other room to report. Nobody ever came. Told the them at desk the next morning and they was aware of the door being broke problem but gave us that room anyway. Said it was a lack of communication on their end about the microwave. What kind of business is this???? Will never stay there again!
