The room stunk of smoke. Even the towels smelled like smoke. The shower was good even though it didn't look good. A little white paint at the top edge of the shower enclosure would make it look much better. There was a ramp so we didn't have to climb stairs.

1st floor had a ramp, but not mentioned
I asked about having a room on the 1st floor (basement) to have an easy walking for a family member. Was told I had a choice of 5 steps up or 3 steps down. Should have picked three steps down as there was a ramp in the back and didn't know until I walked through. If you have a walking problem or are ADA ask for the 1st floor.

The owners of this property have taken an older property and are working very hard to improve it and make it very nice. It was very clean and the person at the desk that I visited with was very nice. My husband and I would stay there again.

Just felt dirty and needs major updates. You can tell furniture doesn’t get moved very often (or at all) to deep clean rooms because you can see dust and dirt piling up in the nook and crannies in the room. There was old toothpaste still stuck on the bathroom counter top from the last person and a small spot of dry blood on the wall right where the toilet paper hangs. And noticed a few stains (that are probably permanent) on the bed sheets and should probably just be thrown out!!! Very disappointed. Should have spent the extra money else where to stay the night.

Our room was clean and provided everything necessary. Upon entering the room the first time, it was entirely dark. Nothing was connected to the switch at the door. Safety issue for us. Front desk staff whom I encountered were competent and service minded. Both gentlemen were friendly and kind. Beds are very comfortable. I would stay there again.

The price is not worth it.
The staff is really not helpful (I had some parcel delivered there and one of them was missing and they did not even look for it - it would be here pointing at the carpet if we had it, it is not so we don’t have it - they said), the rooms are old and not clean, very limited breakfast.
