Booked for 3 nights via Expedia and prepaid. We finished our photo mission the second day, however, I wasn't back to the hotel till after checkout on that day, so I expected to have to pay for the 2nd night even though I was checking out. The hotel said that I needed to talk to Expedia, but they couldn't do a refund. When I explained the situation to Expedia chat, they contacted the hotel then came back to say the hotel told them "NO REFUND". Gave up on Expedia - they're a waste of time. I rang the hotel directly and the person who Expedia spoke to, Anita, answered. Yep, I was probably rude (I was pretty annoyed by this time), and she responded much the same. She claimed she'd told Expedia they'd refund the 3rd night, but not the 2nd. When I pressed her, she then disclaimed offering to refund the 3rd night. No clue about customer service and no ability to do basic math either.
AVOID THIS HOTEL. Not a good deal at any price.
