Enjoyed the 4 days, nice clean, courteous employees, day 3 I had entire oufit come up missing, nobody in room except for employee that removed outfit from closet area inside door. Noticed my reception outfit was gone upon checking outfits for next day. We were out all day, nobody could get into room except hotel employee. I guess grateful it was reception outfit and not wedding outfit. Lesson learned only take in what you need for the night. Such a shame, I would've stayed at that hotel again when in the area, next time I'll stay elsewhere and only take in what I need from now on.ps hope you enjoy the outfit that I never had the chance to wear, thank god it wasn't wedding outfit as I was mother of the bride.

The property itself was fine, and the breakfast was delicious. However, there were stains on both the sheets as well as the coverlet. Fortunately we had a two-queen room and combined the clean bedding from both beds to use on our bed. We also found long hairs on a couple of the pillow cases, which made me question whether or not the pillow cases had been washed.

This hotel was super clean, quiet, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Staff was pleasant and friendly. I highly recommend!

Got the job done
Needed a bed for a couple nights while I was in town, some of the towels looked a bit dirty but otherwise a perfectly fine option for a cheap place to crash.

I liked that the motel was close to the grocery store and gas station. I did not like that the bathroom had 2 switches but the fan ran when the lite was on and the other switch did nothing

For the price we expected a higher quality king size bed. Ours was soft and lumpy. It made sleeping difficult.

This is really the only spot to stay around Spring Valley without Driving from Rochester. The Hotel is really getting run down & rooms need updating bad. Bathrooms & carpets are in rough shape & the Comforters on beds are stained etc. It was a place to sleep in a good location so keep that in mind. It's not the Hilton LOL

“Free breakfast” is very misleading. I didn’t see anything I wanted so I walked over to the gas station next door. There was another guy staying at the hotel who was like… yeah, the breakfast options were terrible so I guess we both have to come over here. Otherwise it was fine. I think I overpaid at 115 fees and then didn’t get a decent breakfast so maybe a little bitter.

Tube socks and cigarettes
The room smelled like a combination of stinky tube socks, and stale cigarettes. There were yellow stains on the floor behind the toilet and some of the towels, and wash clothes, had black and red stains on them. We Checked out a day early because we couldn’t take it anymore. When we told the lady at the front desk about the issues she didn’t seem too interested in our concerns. No refund was offered and we didn’t press that issue. What really mad us angry is that she never apologized for the condition of the room. Sayonara and good riddance.

The front desk people were polite, but we had towels with make up on them. Not stained, but never changed out. The same with our pillowcases. They had mascara on them again not stained just never washed. Also, they ran out of fruit at the breakfast.

It was absolutely horrible and disgusting I should not have had to pay for a room that was horrible our heat didn’t work the overflow in the sinks were disgusting the jetted tub was disgusting we had to turn the shower on to heat up the room which did nothing I’m very disappointed and want my money back
