Property was clean and budget friendly but no amenities. Hot tub and pool closed, no lounge or restaurant. Staff were very nice and enjoyed the coffee in the reception area in the morning.

This property was very nice quiet and close to town parking was a challenge no resturaunt in the hotel but resturaunts are close over all enjoyable stay at this hotel.......gave out free dvds for viewing pleasure in the evening if you wanted.

The pool was closed due to a maintenance issue. They let us use a pool in another hotel but it was just a big hot tub, so our 6 year old couldn't swim!

We enjoyed the swimming pool except for the puddle of cold water in the entrance of the ladies washroom dressing area when you enter or exit the pool. . The staff was accommodating and friendly and we loved the amazing deal we got on Expedia. We absolutely loved that this lodge uses mountain soap company products. We love the lemongrass body wash and thanks to its unique experience I went to the shop and bought some items.

Location is walking distance to the town proper. There's a bunch of resto nearby. Property is old, the curtain in our room fell, no sink in the bathroom, reception area smell weeds, pool is dirty, the path to the parking lot is so tight and exit sign is very confusing.

beautiful lodge... reminded me of a cottage. The beds are super comfy. We didn't stay much in the lodge as we wanted to explore Banff. But when we stepped out of the lodge we saw mountains everywhere.

An overall pretty pleasant stay! We booked a room with the jet spa tub and 1 king bed. The cleanliness of the room could be improved, there were odd stains on the carpet next to the bed that looked white and sticky, red stains on the curtains, leftover bottles in the fridge, and some hairs on the sheets and towels which detracted from the overall stay. But the front staff were incredibly helpful and kind, and the rest of the hotel was clean and inviting. The pool area is clean and is a nice option for the kids. Parking is easy, underground, and free, which is a huge bonus for avoiding those Banff parking fees. An overall nice stay, at a very reasonable price!

Overall clean and quiet. Staff were friendly. Would have preferred a resturaunt in the hotel. Pool was well maintained. Gym was ok, water cooler broken.

The hotel was reasonably clean, nothing horrible but nothing great. The dated room was quite pricey and in need of some maintenance. Staff were professional and accommodating. If the price were $120.00 less my review would be much better, this room should not be more than $200.00 per night. Bottom line, not a great value.

Our rates are a bit higher during periods of high demand, such as the week you booked, when compared with quieter periods. The jetted tub suite you stayed in does also sell at a premium compared to some of our other room types, as the two person jetted tub and fireplace are two of our most popular in suite amenities.If you're flexible with dates and room types, we'd encourage you and any other guests to shop around on our website, as there are some great deals to be had at some lower price points.We hope you enjoyed your time in Banff.

My mom and I really enjoyed our stay the room was big. The pool area could use an upgrade to make it more accessible for guests example bigger hot tub. Other than that it was a wonderful stay that staff was great
