Dear Pascal, We are sorry for reading this but you are just unfair stating a not true fact. If you are able to be on Expedia writing this sort of review is because you made a reservation on Expedia. You did not cancel it in time (you did not cancel it at all) and as by our cancellation policy you accepted, we charged you the penalty as every hotel in the world does.
