Ultravioleta was great for our 3 week stay. Pool, beach and beach bar/ food were all great. Most evenings we walked about 20 minutes down the beach to the area where most of the restaurants are for dinner and drinks. We usually took a taxi back to Ultravioleta after dinner. Laundry can be sent out on site which is convenient. The condo had all linens and a fully equipped kitchen.

Great stay! Right on the beach, very well maintained property, helpful staff. Beach walk to restaurants would absolutely return again. Construction happening next door - which isn’t pretty to look at but not problematic unless you want to be in the condo during the day.

Very large rooms. Some broken appliances. Pretty low key. It’s more of an apartment than a hotel. Not enough beach chairs or umbrellas for all of the guest. Pool is cold. Construction next door can be a bit much. Nice staff.

I cannot say enough great things about this facility and the staff. Jovi was amazing, he tended to every detail prior to and during our entire stay. The staff was very kind and professional, the rooms were modern and clean, and the property felt very safe. We will absolutely return!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. However. The construction next door goes from 7:00 a.m. till almost 7:00 p.m. 6 days a week and then from 8:00 a.m. till at least noon on sundays. When I say construction, I'm talking about large construction equipment, front end loaders constantly beeping, jackhammers etc. We were told they were not supposed to work on Saturdays or Sundays and yet they worked till almost 7:00 p.m. Saturday night. We couldn't even hear ourselves talk because the noise from the construction less than 100 ft away was extremely loud. I'm talking the construction of a concrete building so that gives you an idea of how much noise was involved. The hotel is very nice and I would absolutely stay there again once the building next door has been completed. Until that point in time, stay somewhere else. Lastly, I asked for information regarding purchases of units and have yet to receive anything 5 days after we returned home. Including, had we known the construction noise would be so loud we would not have stayed here. I requested some form of compensation such as a discount next time I come but again, have not or anything.

Right on the beach, spectacular view from the whole Apt. Free wifi, Netflix, comfortable beds, huge bathroom, nice balcony, restaurant for breakfast n drinks, safe property, quiet, very clean, great kitchen, huge living room

This building shakes from a construction next door
Last winter this hotel was in the middle of a field, but now it is next to a massive construction site, where a big new resort is being built. They never informed us, never offered any apology or accommodation when we arrived. One half of our “waterfront view” was the beach, the other half a multistory cement structure, with lots of workers who got a nice view into our suite. The hotel felt cold, with essentially bare walls in all rooms except for the living room. Very stingy too. We paid over $4k for a week, but there were no supplies in the kitchen, not even napkins or paper towels or salt. When heavy construction kicked in in the morning our building began to shake, and the first time that happened my wife grabbed our documents and got ready to run out – she thought it was an earthquake. Just wait until they start digging a pool next door…

Great hotel but only a few rooms still have a view
Staff is excellent, and hotel was lovely/modern/clean, but unfortunately they're building next door. The view is destroyed from most rooms - you're looking at (and listening to) loud, active construction (Nov 2023), and will look at a 4-story apartment in future. There are 2 buildings; building A is closer to the street; any "ocean view" is now almost entirely blocked. Building B is closer to ocean and is much better; B204 and B304 are stunning. Picture attached shows view from 3rd floor A building.

Loved the property and the view. Food was hit or miss, the Steak had no seasoning whatsoever but breakfast is good. There are good restaurants close by so it’s no big deal. Friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely stay again.

Stayed in 2 bedroom penthouse for 8 days which was gorgeous from top to bottom, from the modern decor to spacious living arrangement, everything on that end was top notch. The ocean view wasn’t quite a full but you can see enough of it to satisfy that requirement. Con: Shower water wasn’t warm enough and made a loud piercing noise after period of use. Jacuzzi tub had stain at the bottom of it and the water was lukewarm. Other than that, it was overall positive. Hotel staff including security were very friendly and accommodating. And easy access to the beach was a lovely amenity. Made staying there worthwhile.Would definitely stay again.

Everything about the property was good. It was very clean, the staff was friendly. The only problem was the TV, Cable and WiFI. But the staff worked hard to correct any issues. They also advised that they would be changing to a different Cable Company in the near future.

Amazing place!
Staff was super courteous, and accommodating. Our unit wasn't quite ready at check-in, so they gave us 25% off all food purchase during our stay, so we just enjoyed dinner while it was cleaned. The room did not disappoint! Very roomy, and clean and just a beautiful property!

La playa estaba increíble. Los tragos son muy buenos y el hotel está muy bien cuidado. El personal muy dispuesto y servicial. Pero no me gusto que el aire de la habitación principal estaba dañado, y a pesar de reportarlo, no funcionó. También, no habia presión de agua en los baños, el hacuzzi no funcionó y los apartamentos no tiene secador de pelo/blower

The property is beautiful and well manicured. Service was excellent. The only drawback is that all the dining options were poor and touristy. I would definitely stay there again but take advantage of a personal chef to cook for me in my suite.

This property was gorgeous! Super small and private. It was clean and the staff was absolutely amazing. The private beach was also very clean, and well secured by staff meaning no outsiders, allowed to solicited food, water sports, or any other goods which I loved. I definitely would recommend this boutique residence for anyone trying to relax and just enjoy a beautiful vacation.

This is a fabulous hotel. Very quaint, but sophisticated. Our room was unbelievable, on second floor with the balcony overlooking the pools and beach. So roomy, very nice layout. Great restaurant on beach with full menu, drinks. All of the people there are so helpful and friendly. One of the best vacations our family has ever had!
