Whilst not the largest of rooms, the room type that you booked is of an industry standard. We do have both larger rooms and also interconnecting rooms if you prefer more space.The photos of each room are designed to showcase the features of the room and each room will not have the same outlook as all the others. We will alaways try and accommodate the best views for our guests when available.Our apologies that we do not currently have room service available. These comments will be distributed to the housekeping department and a team as a whole.In regards to the poor choices on the menu and the wine list, these have been designed to provide a variety of different dishes for those dining more than once. Our apologies if you did not find the menus to your liking. Please note our restauramnt team are happy to assist with items that are not necessarily on the menu, subject to being available at the time of dining.Our apologies also that one of the lifts was not working and the trolleys were all being used at the time you required them.Please note this is a rare occurance and the lift company was engaged as soon as possible after the lift was determined to be out of order. We also do have more trolleys on order.Once again, thank you for your comments and should you return to Peppers Marysville we would love the opportunity to improve on the issues you found whilst here.

We take every precaution to allocate the appropriate guests to each room based on the information recieved for each booking. In your particular case this did not work out for you as you ended up being allocated close to rooms with many people travelling together.I'm glad we were able to move you to a different room but unfortunately did not have the same room type available.Our apologies also for the miscommunication with breakfast.
