Almost perfect place!
Everything was very good except one little detail about a staff; when I was about to checkin, one of the staff probably was trying to be very kind but made us feel uneasy when we didn’t do what she recommended (probably not her fault but sometimes it is good to give some space to customers). Everything else was very nice!

아주작은 로컬호텔로서. 가장행복하게해준점은. 베트남을대표할정도의 아름다운미소와 친절로써. 머무는동안 기쁨을느끼게해준호텔이므로. 작고. 조식이푸짐하진않아도. 오히려 나는아침을안먹는사람으로써..나쁘지않았구.미니풀장서 밤에 혼자수영하게해준점두. 기분좋았다.나이들수록반대로 특급호텔보단. 집같은 로컬호텔을선호하는데 최적이었다. 순수한여동생들같은 느낌이. 잊혀질거같지않다. 호이안갈기회가있다면. 꼭 다시만나구싶다

호이안 프린스호텔
별 기대없이 하루 예약하고 왔는데 early 체크인 편의를 봐주고 호텔이 깨끗해서 하루 더 지냈고 추가요금을 주고 Late check out 을 했습니다 작지만 깊이 1.6미터까지의 야외풀장이 있고 아침식사는 간소한 아메리칸 스타일로 나옵니다 특히 똘망똘망한 Kete는 친절했고 항상 웃는얼굴로 문의사항을 해결해주었습니다 호이안 올드타운까지는 걸어서 30분거리이고 안방비치는 택시로 십분거리입니다 가성비대비 깨끗하고 괜찮은 호텔입니다^^

친절한 직원 덕분에 행복한 하루를 보낸 호텔
버스로 호이안에 도착해서 오토바이를 타고 호텔에 도착했어요 위치는 어디를 가든 택시나 오토바이를 이용해야 했는데 자전거가 무료 대여라 자전거 이용하실 분은 그렇게 하시는게 좋을 것 같아요 직원들이 매우 친절해요 체크인 후에 나갈려니 어디 가냐고도 물어봐주고 영어 못하는 저에게 지도를 건내며 위치와 가는 거리 그리고 걸어갈때와 자전거 이동 시간까지 다 알려주셨고 다음 날 체크 아웃시에도 다낭까지 가는 셔틀버스 이용 안내와 시간도 알려주셔서 저렴하게 다낭 시내까지 갈 수 있었어요 이런 친절은 다른 곳에서는 못 받아봤네요 조식 종류는 별루 없었지만 맛있었어요 먹을거 없는 다양한 종류보다 간단히 맛있게 먹을 수 있는 곳이라는 생각이 들었어요 수영장이 작은데 물이 깨끗하진 않아서 좀 실망하긴 했어요 수영장 물이 끝으로 갈 수록 깊어요 객실은 욕실이 유리로 되어있어서 두명이서 이용하면 좀 민망할 지도 모른다는 생각이 들었고 객실 문은 열쇠로 여는 거에요 직원의 친절함은 단연 1등이라고 생각이 듭니다.

현재까지 경험한 가장 만족스러운 호텔
공항에서부터 호텔까지 픽업서비스(유료)도 세심히 배려해 주셨고, 호텔에서 다음 호텔로의 렌트카 서비스도 잘 중재해 주시고, 엄청 친절했음. 숙소도 깨끗했고, 자전거 무료대여해서 호이안 시내를 누빌수 있었음. 물론 관광지는 걸어서도 갈수 있는 거리(1.5-2km)임. 아침식사도 기대를 하지 않았는데 정말 필요한 것은 다 있었음. 또 직접 주문을 받아 바로 만들어 주는 오물렛요리가 맛있었고, 작은 호텔에 한국사람이 없고 식사에 여유가 있어서 좋았음. 단점은 시내에 있다보니 오토바이 경적소리가 잠 잘때 피해를 줄 수 있음. 개인적으로 저는 귀마개를 준비해서 문제 없었음. 호이안은 광관이 목적이므로 수영장도 기대하지 마시길...

내가 지불한 가격에 비해 좋은 호텔이다. 직원들의 서비스도 좋다. 청소는 약간 부족하다. 커피잔에 커피를 타 마셨는데 체크아웃 할 때까지 교체가 안되어 있었다. 시내와 거리가 있어서 밤늦게 돌아오려면 택시 추천! 거리가 어둡다

호이안 구시가지하고 가까워요.
조용하고 깨끗한 호텔이에요. 작긴하지만 수영장도 있어서 호텔에서 물놀이도 가능해요. 조식도 괜찮아요 와이파이도 잘되요. 안방비치도 약 3km정도라 걷기 좋아하신다면 살짝 걸으시는거도 좋아요 ^^*

괜찮은 곳. (최고의 시설과 서비스는 아니지만 괜찮습니다~)
괜찮은 편입니다. 시내까지 자전거로 7분정도, 안방비치까지는 자전거로 15분 정도 걸려요. 중간에 있어서 자전거로이동하기 좋았습니다. -직원들이 친절하기는 하나.. 약간 가족이 운영하는 푸근한(?) 느낌이 들어요. 밤에 리셉션에서 모기장을 치고 자더라구요... 좀 놀랐던ㅋㅋㅋ - 열쇠가 터치?식의 최신이 아니라 말그대로 열쇠인데.. 열때 잘 안열려서 불편했어요. 잘 안열려서 한번은 리셉션에 다시 부탁해서 열어야 했다는...ㅜㅜ - 직원분들이 친절해요. 체크아웃 전날에는 다음날 어디로 갈건지, 차를 어떻게 불러주면 좋을지 미리 물어봐주더라구요. 감사했습니다. 그래도 벌레가 나오는 그런 곳도 아니고, 심각하게 안좋은곳은 아닙니다. 그냥 평범한 편이에요. 딱히 좋다고 나쁘다고 할것도 없는 곳? 싼 값에 저렴하게 1,2일정도 머무르는거로는 머물만 합니다.

가격만큼 딱입니다.
일단 가격만큼 위치나 서비스가 훌륭하진 않았어요. 대신 가격이 저렴해서 출국 마지막날 새벽비행기 타기 전까지만 머물렀어요. 위치가 안방비치 자전거 타고 가기엔 딱이었구요. 시내까지는 좀 걸어야했는데 전 크게 나쁘진 않았어요. 안에 수영장도 있긴한데 좀 작아서 전 그냥 비치로 갔습니다. 참 바로 근처에 카페가 하나 있는데 조식 신청안하고 거기서 초코크로아상이랑 라떼로 해결했는데 거기 너무 괜찮아요- 가시면 호텔조식보단 카페로 가시길.

전체적으로 편안했고 호텔 내 수영장도 이용할 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 스위트 룸은 약간 곰팡이 냄새가 나긴 했지만 관리 상태는 좋았습니다.

자유여행자에게 너무도 좋은 호텔!!
4박5일간 자유여행을 하며 느낀점은 시가지와 바다의 중간지점에 있어 다양하게 보기에 적합한 장소이다. 자전거도 무료로 대여할 수 있어서 호이안의 구석구석을 마음껏 돌아다닐 수 있었다. 생각보다 괜찮은 조식과 직원들의 친절함, 객실의 깨끗함은 머무는 내내 기분 좋게 해주었다. 호이안에 또 올 기회가 생긴다면 다시 이곳에 머무를 예정이다. 강력추천합니다!!

A Prince of a Hotel
This is hotel is excellent. The manager is a wonderful woman and goes out of her way to make this a great place to stay. So warm and helpful. The place is spotless and the breakfast was great with lots of variety and omelettes to order.

次にチェックインしたホーチミンのホテルでもそうだったが、エクスペディアで期日の変更しても、ホテル側には伝わっていない。ホテル側には改善する能力がなさそうだから、予約変更への対応をエクスペディア側で強化して下さい。

Practically perfect in every way!
Amazing small family run hotel. Really clean. Lovely staff all really friendly. Rooms are great serviced daily with fresh towels, water and coffee and tea! Position of hotel is perfect between the old town and the beach. Free bikes for use or a taxi to beach is about 70 Vdr. There are plenty of taxis to return you to hotel. There is also a Irish Bar really close by if like us you have husbands who need to see their football! Also the Claypot restaurant is around 50m away. Number 1 on trip adviser. Quite incredible! Would return to this hotel tomorrow! Thanks for your service!

The staff is exceptionally kind and attentive. The hotel is very pleasant, clean, quiet, well maintained and conveniently located. I booked three different local tours through the hotel during my stay and all were excellent. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety - I especially liked the banana pancakes. Perhaps my favorite part of my stay in Hoi An trip was simply borrowing a bicycle from the hotel, riding out to the beach and going for a nice long swim in the waves. Overall, I had a great experience and have only positive things to say. This hotel is a gem.

Lovely hotel.
Fantastic stay at the hotel. I originally planned to stay 2 nights but ended up staying 6 nights. The reception staff were excellent and breakfast was good. The bikes came in handy as I used them to explore the local area. They even gave me a breakfast early on my last day as i had an early flight to get. Overall a fantastic hotel.

Lovely hotel
Originally I had planned to stay 2 nights ended up staying 6. The hotel is a little gem and the staff were nothing but exceptional. The hotel is situated between Hoi An and the beaches and with free bikes getting around is simple. I will definitely be staying again.

Great Value, friendly staff, Pool, free bikes!!
Great little family run hotel. Staff was so great and helpful, pool was really nice, room are perfect and breakfast was simple and delicious! We loved our stay ,we ended up staying 12 days. It’s close to old town (15 min bike ride or 8 min taxi. Free bikes too!!!! Thanks to the staff!! See you again !!

Ideal hotel stay in Hoi An
Superb experience. Charming hotel with the most welcoming staff, from reception to room cleaners to dining room. Everyone was helpful, friendly. Very comfortable room. Delicious food nearby. About a 30 minute walk to the historic area. Staff were happy to arrange onward transportation including train and taxi. I could not be happier with my stay. Thank you!

Staff was superb...so incredibly friendly and helpful. They provided affordable transportatiom between cities, and to a couple of the stops we wanted to make. It's close enough to downtown, but far enough to be quiet, and be closer to the beach. They have bikes to borrow, for free. And super affordable. We would go back! :)
