편리한 호텔
4박일정이었는데요 전체적으로 매우 깔끔하고 객실내부가 조용한 점이 가장 마음에 들었습니다. 온수도 세게 잘나오고 매일 청소도 좋은상태로 해주셨어요 중앙역이나 담광장에서 좀 멀긴하지만 트램2번이 정말 유용했고, 반고흐미술관까지는 가까웠기때문에 만족합니다. 식사는 한번정도 먹을만해요. 계속은 질립니다.

Value for the money
The location was a bit away from the center of the city, however, the tram in front will bring you to the center in 20 min. On the way, you can go to the famous museums. Breakfast was relatively cheap and tasty. Room was the average size and clean....

It's cloase to the tram stop.
While I was in Amsterda, I've changed the schedule and had to extend one more week in this hotel. So I'm leaving another review here. Location is so convenient because the tram stop(#2) is just in front of the hotel. Also, you can use gym for free which gives extra point to this hotel. Although I was very disappointed by their service because staff are indifferent and hous-keeping is a little bit lousy, I'm giving the 4 points out of 5 due to the gym. However, Mr. Gint and the tall and slender gentleman at the front dest were very helpful and friendly.

트램이 호텔 바로 앞에 있었기에 이동하기에 편리했습니다.
트램이 호텔 바로 앞에 서기 때문에 이동이 편리했고, 호텔이 gym을 갖고 있었던 점이 아주 유용했습니다. 하지만 별4개의 호텔답지 못하게, 예약전에 후기에서 읽었던 것과 다르게 직원들이 친절하다는 느낌은 받지 못했습니다. 직원 중 몇명, 예를 들어 MR. Gint씨나 프론트데스크에 있었던 키가 크고 슬림한 남자 직원은 고객의 편의를 최대한 배려하는 느낌을 받았으나, 대부분의 직원들은 '해야할 일을 하는 것' 외에 친절히 서비스를 제공한다는 느낌을 전달해 주지 못했기 때문에 예약전에 후기에서 읽었던 것과 상당한 차이를 느꼈습니다. 그리고 청소상태도 체크인을 할때 침대에서 머리카락을 발견했고, 컵에 커피자국이 그대로 남아 있었고... 실망스러웠습니다.

다시 들르고 싶은 호텔입니다
시내에서 약간 떨어져있지만 (암스테르담 역에서 트램으로 30분 거리, 시내에서 25분거리) 시내에 비해 조용하고, 깨끗한 곳에 위치하여, 매우 만족스럽게 이용했습니다. 게다가 시내에서 공항으로 가는 길목에 위치하여, 마지막 날에 시내에서 시간을 보내다가 출국하는 동선으로 이동하는 것도 너무 편했습니다. 무엇보다 신축 호텔이라서 시설이 깔끔해서 좋았습니다. 근처에 마트가 있어, 조식부페를 이용하지 않고도 저렴한 가격에 식사를 해결할 수 있었습니다.

새로 신축되어 매우 깨끗한 호텔입니다. 호텔 바로 앞에 트램역이 있어 교통이 매우 편합니다. 아침식사도 평균 이상은 되는 것 같습니다. 가격 대비 훌륭히 머물 수 있는 숙소입니다.

행복한 숙박이었음!
암스테르담 시티센터에서 걸어갈 수는 없는 거리지만 트램타면 한 번에 호텔 앞에서 내릴 수 있어서 편리했고 방도 크고 가격도 합리적이었다!

간단한 후기 - 가격대비 괜찮음!
전체적으로 만족스러웠으나 호텔청소가 잘 암안되어있던건지 오랫동안쓰지 않았던 방인지 먼지가 많이 끼어있었음.. 호텔 바로 앞에 전철 2번이 다니는데 중심지까지는 20-30분정도 소요됨. 가격대비 괜찮음!

The hotel had very comfortable beds and clean well equipped bathroom. Breakfast which we opted to have as part of our room rate was very good and substantial. Staff were responsive to our needs and requests.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Couture....the room was very nice, especially the lovely rain shower and bathroom....enjoyed having the tea in our room at night and the buffet breakfast was delicious.....really liked the location as you could walk through beautiful Voldenpark to the museum quarter....there is a tram right outside the hotel that takes you right down to the center I think (we never used it)....but we loved the walk.....also easy to get to and from the airport....just took the train from the airport and got off at the first stop and it was about a ten minute walk....be sure to have your directions figured out ahead of time as we got lost the first time we tried to walk with our luggage but once we knew where we were going it was an easy walk with our luggage back to the train to catch the airport.....nice hotel, not too big and nice and quiet....highly recommend it

Very nice Hotel clean and close to trem stop.
This is the first time for us visiting Amsterdam. The Hotel in quiet area 10 minute from Amsterdam Center and close the supermarket right behind the Hotel.

Beautiful hotel just outside central Amsterdam
I loved this hotel. This did not feel like any Best Western I've ever stayed at. From the decor to the comfortable beds to the rain shower everything was above expectations. Additionally, the customer service was excellent. While the immediate surrounding area is not exciting there is a tram stop right in front of the hotel (Tram #2 I believe); this takes you directly into central Amsterdam (<20 min). Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel
Great hotel, very clean, easy self service check in and out, but staff there to help if you have problems, lovely size double room, with coffee maker, if you run out of coffee pods in your room, reception will happily give you some more. Location of hotel is about 15-20mins from Amsterdam city centre but the tram stops are right outside the hotel, so easy access to and from the centre. Great value for money would recommend.

Hôtel calme et agréable. Chambre "standard" spacieuse et bien aménagée. Arrêt ligne 2 de tram tout près randant le centre ville rapide d'accès avec museumplein à 15 min Dam à 20 et gare à 30 min environ.

Gem in Amsterdam
Such an amazing stay! Phenomenal service, staff, and hotel. Easy to get to the centre as the number two light rail stop is right outside. Also, it is in comfortable walking distance of the beautiful Vondel Park. Also, in close (5 to 7 minutes) walking distance to a plaza that has a couple of grocery stores and restaurants. The hotel is very comfortable, relaxing, and updated. The wifi works great and their are two computers downstairs available for printing and surfing. The Best Western Hotel Couture was such a great find and I definitely recommend staying here for your trip to Amsterdam!

New, quiet hotel!
Is hotel seems to be new. Everything very clean and room big enough and comfortable. CheckIn and CheckOut is done on self-service terminals. Room very quiet and bed comfortable. Nespresso coffeemaker in the room free of charge. Minibar will be sort of a vending machine. Installed, but not working yet.

Man muss wissen, worauf man sich einlässt...
Das Hotel macht einen modernen, teils jedoch unpersönlichen Eindruck, es liegt zwischen Straßen- und Autobahn. Gut ist der schnelle Weg in die City, schlecht ist der Lärm durch die Autobahn. Schlafen bei geöffnetem Fenster ist schwer möglich, bleibt die AC nachts an, kann man sich schnell erkälten. Die oberen Zimmer sind im Gegensatz zum Restaurant relativ warm, 4-5 Grad Unterschied sind normal. Checkin passiert in der Regel am PC. Dazu braucht man eine Kreditkarte mit PIN. Im Hotel wird kein deutsch verstanden, wer kein englisch oder niederländisch kann, hat ein Problem. Von Vorteil ist, dass man sich die 1-3 Tageskarten für den Nahverkehr direkt hinter der Rezeption am Automaten kaufen kann. Hier kann man mit Bargeld bezahlen. Das Frühstück ist gut und ausreichend. Im Zimmer gibts ne Pad-Kaffeemaschine. Das Bad ist sehr groß, die Zimmer sind eher klein, obwohl ein kleiner Tisch mit 2 unbequemen Stühlen Platz findet. Ein Problem stellt die automatische Beleuchtung im Bad dar, der Bewegungsmelder erfasst nicht alle Bereiche. So wirds in der großen Dusche nach 4 min schon mal dunkel bis man die Duschtür erneut öffnet. Das Gleiche passiert auf der Toilette.... WLAN läuft überall schnell ohne Anmeldung. Im Umfeld gibts keine günstigen Restaurants, so dass man auf das 15 EUR Frühstück angewiesen ist.

Egentlig et feilfritt hotell. Vi prøvde ikke de forskjellige fasilitetene på hotellet. Eneste minus er at frokosten ikke var inkludert i prisen, men kunne kjøpes for 15 euro/pers. Det ble for dyrt for en familie på fire, så den ble heller ikke prøvd. Vi bodde seks netter.
