We did not like how dirty and old the furniture was in the apartment. Sofa and chairs had rips in them. Tables had paint coming out. TV was old and not enough chanels.

No cold Air conditioner inside the elevator despite heat waves in Dubai. I spent 8 days in this hotel and it wasn’t habitable. Rooms ACs was centrally monitored/moderated. You cannot adjust the AC to your preference. I complained twice but nothing was done. Also, the Indian lady at the front desk was so mean, she will never attend to your needs on time. Always saying please come back later. My experience wasn’t good at this facility and will avoid it when next I visit Dubai.

Very nice hotel , clean room but old furniture. I noticed a clear tear in the sofa, which must be replaced. Very comfortable bed. Tye apartment has wash machine and detergent is supplied for free by the hotel. Breakfast is not big. But you will found what is needed for breakfast. Kitchen staff are all nice and deserve a star. We ordered a dinner at night and it was really good and cheaper than outside.

This is a hotel that is well designed for long stays. We stayed only for three nights. We had a huge two bedroom apartment with two and a half bathrooms. The unit had a large kitchen and dining area, a big living area and a balcony. The unit was bigger than we required but would be well suited for a family. The hotel staff were all extremely helpful, very polite, and eager to provide excellent service. Our accommodation included breakfast in the hotel’s restaurant. The breakfast was very good with many options, great service and very good coffee, cappuccino, etc.

Pleasant Vacation
The stay was wonderful. Spacious and well-maintained apartment. Housekeeping team was excellent - kept the apartment clean everyday and gave us fresh new towels each day. Not very far from the Dubai metro. We were able to get all the places with not much walking. Staff were courteous and prompt in their responses. Overall excellent.

There is nothing Executive about this hotel
Dated property in a serious need of upgrade. Bathroom ceiling leaked twice during 8 nights stay, although was immediately attended to. Reported broken clothing line, faulty lamp which again were fixed within the day. Faulty toilet flush and broken kitchen bin which we didn't bother reporting in the end, afterall we were on a holiday and got fed up of reporting faults. Brilliant housekeeping staff which made our stay comfortable but overall the property needs to be refurbished theoughout. Finally, no apology was offered for any of the above. Photos on the website are a total misrepresentation of how modern the hotel is.

Great experience. Very good staff and very helpful. We came a little bit early but we were welcome to stay in with our bulky luggages. Mr Anirban and Mr Mahabub were great in helping and managed to get us a nice transport to the Airport. The pool life saver was also very friendly and gave us some good advise about places to visit. Even though the metro and bus stop are quite close it is 10-15 taxi to Old Deira [in case u are going there for shopping]. Overall, great stay

Great hotel!!
This was such a great hotel!! The staff was so friendly, the food was good, the place was extremely clean!!! Just an overall wonderful stay. We will be back for sure.

الشقة مناسبة وفسيحة طبعا قديمة بس اثاثها جيد وفيها جميع مستلزمات الطبخ والعسيل نصلح للعائلات والموقع جيد حولك جميع المرافق التي تحتاجها الثلاجة فيها ريحة سيئة تحتاج للتنظيف

En svært romslig leilighet med 2 soverom, 2 bad, kjøkken, stue og spisestue. Praktisk beliggenhet med både supermarked og div.spisesteder på kvartalene rundt. Ikke langt til kjøpesentre.
